Description

Water treatment device and condensate fine treatment system Technical Field The application relates to the technical field of water supply treatment, in particular to a water treatment device and a condensate water fine treatment system. Background At present, the pollutants in the condensate water of the thermal power plant are mainly corrosion products of iron and a small amount of salt, and the corrosion products of iron are the biggest potential safety hazard of a water vapor system. The thermodynamic system accidents caused by corrosion occur every year, and serious safety accidents can be caused. Rust can be bred in a large number during unit maintenance or non-stop period, a large amount of waste water is required to be discharged during starting, a large amount of heat energy and water resource are wasted, and meanwhile the unit operation time can be influenced. During normal operation of the system, iron is not removed thoroughly by water treatment equipment and technology, residual ferric oxide in condensed water can accelerate corrosion of the system, and meanwhile, equipment blocking phenomena such as a drain valve and the like can be caused by accumulation in a pressure drop zone. In the related art, the water passing through the treatment is discharged from the water outlet pipe, and when the subsequent backwash water flushing operation is performed, an external water source is required to be injected into the barrel, so that water resource waste is easily caused. And when the backwash water flushing operation is finished, the iron-containing impurities and the flushing water are doped and discharged, and the iron-containing impurities and the flushing water are required to be separated manually, so that the labor burden of staff is increased. Disclosure of utility model The present application has been made in view of the above-described problems. The application provides a water treatment device and a condensate polishing system.
