Claims (20)
- 1. An air valve, comprising: A valve body; A valve seat connected with the valve body to form a fluid passage; a first seal disposed between the valve body and the valve seat; A valve spool including a vent in communication with the fluid passage, the valve spool rotatably disposed within the fluid passage relative to the valve seat and surrounded by the first seal to switch the valve spool between a first position and a second position; Wherein, in the first position, the valve spool is in contact with an inner wall of the fluid channel, the first seal contacts the valve spool and seals the valve spool with the inner wall of the fluid channel; In the second position, the valve element is spaced from the inner wall of the fluid passage, and the first seal surrounds the valve element and is spaced from the valve element.

The gas valve as set forth in claim 1, wherein an inner wall of said valve body is provided convexly to form a first connection portion, said valve seat includes a first body portion which is hollow inside and connected with said valve body to form said fluid passage, said first body portion extends in an axial direction such that said first body portion is provided opposite and spaced from said first connection portion in said axial direction and forms a receiving space together with an inner wall of said valve body, said first seal being located in said receiving space.

A gas valve as claimed in claim 3, wherein a hook is provided at a top end of an inner wall of the valve body in the axial direction, the hook being spaced apart from the first connecting portion in the axial direction, and an outer wall of the first body portion is provided with a mounting portion configured to be snap-coupled with the hook to connect the valve seat with the valve body and clamp the first sealing member to the accommodation space.
- 5. The air valve as recited in claim 3 wherein the outer periphery of the first body portion projects outwardly to form a first abutment for connection with the inflatable body.
- 6. The gas valve of claim 5, wherein the first abutment is annular in shape.
- 7. The air valve as recited in claim 3 wherein the outer periphery of said first body portion projects outwardly to form a second abutment extending in said axial direction and adjacent said valve body and radially spaced from said first body portion to form an annular groove for receiving said valve body and threadedly engaging the outer wall of said valve body to clamp said first seal to said receiving space.
- 8. The gas valve of claim 7, wherein a projection of the second abutment along the axial direction comprises a first straight line segment, a first circular arc segment, a second straight line segment, a third straight line segment, a second circular arc segment, and a fourth straight line segment that are connected to one another.
- 9. The air valve as recited in claim 3 wherein a plurality of brackets are provided on a side of said valve body remote from said valve seat, said plurality of brackets being circumferentially spaced to form a plurality of air outlet through holes, said plurality of air outlet through holes being in communication with said fluid passageway.
- 10. The air valve as recited in claim 9 wherein said number of brackets is eight, one end of each of said brackets extending in a direction toward said valve seat and being connected to said first connecting portion and the other end thereof being connected by a second connecting portion, said second connecting portion being located at a bottom end of said valve body.
- 11. The gas valve of claim 1, further comprising a valve cover threadably coupled to the valve seat.
- 12. The air valve as recited in claim 11 wherein said valve cover includes a first portion and a second portion, said first portion and said second portion being radially spaced apart to form a connecting slot for receiving and threadably connecting said valve seat.
- 13. The gas valve as set forth in claim 12, wherein said first portion is hollow in interior for communication with said fluid passageway, said first portion being internally provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs, said plurality of reinforcing ribs being circumferentially spaced apart.
- 14. The air valve as recited in claim 12 wherein a second seal is disposed within said connecting slot for sealingly connecting said valve cover to said valve seat.
- 15. The air valve as recited in claim 1 wherein said valve core is provided with a plurality of baffles circumferentially spaced apart to form said vent, one end of each of said plurality of baffles being connected to an inner wall of said valve core and the other end being connected to a third connecting portion, respectively.
- 16. The air valve as recited in claim 15 wherein each of said baffles is linear or each of said baffles is arcuate.
- 17. The air valve as recited in claim 15 wherein at least a portion of the inner wall of said vent is provided with a stop extending in a direction toward said vent.
- 18. The air valve as recited in claim 17 wherein said stop is an annular block, one side of said stop being connected to an inner wall of said vent and the other side extending in a direction toward said vent.
