The sludge conduit for preventing fouling and plugging of claim 1 wherein said drive mechanism comprises an electric motor, a cycloidal pin gear reducer and a sleeve coupling, said rotor being secured to the drive side and driven side of said elastic screw, respectively, said sleeve coupling connecting said cycloidal pin gear reducer to said rotor on the drive side of said elastic screw.
- 4. A sludge conduit as claimed in claim 3 wherein first and second graphite sleeves are provided on the exterior of the two rotors respectively to form a sliding friction pair, the first and second graphite sleeves being in clearance fit with the rotors.

A sludge pipe for preventing scale formation and clogging as claimed in claim 3 wherein a sealing structure is provided at the junction of said drive mechanism and said sludge pipe, said sealing structure comprising a packing and a packing gland, said packing and said packing gland being provided at the gap between said rotor and said sludge pipe on the drive side of said elastic screw.
- 6. The scale and blockage preventing sludge pipe of claim 5 wherein the filler is a woven graphite or carbon fiber composite.
- 7. The sludge pipe as claimed in claim 5, wherein the rotor of the driven side of the elastic screw body is connected to the elastic screw body through a first connection cover, the rotor of the driven side is fixed to one end of the sludge pipe through a first flange set, the rotor of the driving side of the elastic screw body is connected to the elastic screw body through a second connection cover, and the rotor of the driving side is fixed to one end of the sludge pipe through a second flange set.
