- 1. A drainage device for draining condensed water in a gas pipe, the drainage device comprising: The drainage funnel is provided with a funnel cavity, the drainage funnel comprises an upper drainage part and a lower drainage part which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the upper drainage part is used for being connected with the gas pipeline and is provided with a round table-shaped upper cavity, the lower drainage part is provided with a round table-shaped lower cavity, the upper drainage part and the lower drainage part are in threaded connection so as to form the funnel cavity in a surrounding manner, the bottom inner diameter of the upper cavity is 8-12 mm smaller than the top inner diameter, and the top inner diameter of the lower cavity is the same as the bottom inner diameter of the upper cavity; and the drainer is connected with the bottom of the lower drainage part.

The drainage device of claim 1, wherein an upper connecting ring is arranged at the bottom of the upper drainage part, a lower connecting ring is arranged at the top of the lower drainage part, and the drainage funnel further comprises a plurality of threaded fasteners which are sequentially arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the drainage funnel, and the threaded fasteners are connected with the upper connecting ring and the lower connecting ring.

The drainage device of claim 2, wherein the threaded fastener comprises a screw and a nut, the screw is welded with the upper connecting ring, the lower connecting ring is provided with through holes which are the same as the screw in number and correspond to each other one by one, and the lower end of the screw passes through the corresponding through hole and is connected with the corresponding nut.

The drainage device of claim 2, wherein the threaded fastener comprises a screw and a nut, the upper connecting ring is provided with first through holes which are the same as the screws in number and are in one-to-one correspondence, and the lower connecting ring is provided with second through holes which are the same as the screws in number and are in one-to-one correspondence; the nut is welded with the upper connecting ring and is positioned above the upper connecting ring, and the nut is coaxially communicated with the corresponding first through hole; the upper end of the screw sequentially penetrates through the corresponding second through hole and the corresponding first through hole and is connected with the corresponding nut.
- 5. The drainage device of claim 2, wherein the upper connecting ring and the lower connecting ring are both horizontally arranged, and a sealing ring is arranged between the upper connecting ring and the lower connecting ring.
- 6. The drainage device of any of claims 1-5, wherein the bottom inner diameter of the upper chamber is 70 mm-90 mm.

Because the gas produced by the converter contains iron oxide particles, lime, fluorite and other impurities, and the condensed water is mostly hard water, and calcium, magnesium and other substances which are easy to scale are contained in the water, after the funnel runs for a long time, the impurities, calcium and magnesium substances in the condensed water form hard scales on the inner wall of the funnel, the necking part at the bottom of the funnel and the downpipe, and a large amount of hard scales can block the interior of the funnel, the necking part at the bottom and the downpipe along with the gradual increase of the hard scales. In the related art, the sluice valve is detached, and then the downpipe and the interior of the funnel are cleaned reversely through the downpipe outlet at the lower end of the downpipe at the detaching part, but the cleaning effect is poor, and the collection function and the drainage function of the funnel are affected.
