Description
Condensing unit for commercial applications Technical Field The present utility model relates to a water tray for a condensing unit of a refrigeration system for commercial applications requiring refrigeration. More particularly, the present utility model discloses an easily replaceable water tray for collecting defrost water, which has no means for treatment (e.g., drain pipe or hose) and has no structural function, and can reduce the size of a condensing unit. Background The size of the condensing unit is a key feature of refrigeration systems for commercial applications, mainly height and depth. Furthermore, the amount of water collected in the water tray of the condensing unit is also critical. The improvement in compressor efficiency reduces the amount of heat discharged into the collected water, thereby creating a problem of evaporating the collected water. Accordingly, there is a need in the art to provide a condensing unit having a reduced size and having a water tray that alleviates the problem of evaporation of the collected water. Some prior art solutions have attempted to provide the condensing unit and water tray. For example, document US 2013/0276271, published on month 10 and 24 of 2013, entitled "refrigeration appliance with a drain pan", discloses a refrigeration appliance having a drain pan mounted below a condenser of the refrigeration appliance. The drain pan includes features such as channels for directing air through the drain pan. The channels may increase the efficiency of the condenser and/or facilitate evaporation of the liquid contained within the drain pan. However, said document US 2013/0276447 does not disclose a condensation unit with reduced dimensions. This document attempts to solve the problem of evaporation of water collected in the drain pan, but its drain pan is not easily replaced and has a structural function. For example, document US 2019/0120041, published 25 at 2019, 4, entitled "drip tray for compact machinery chamber and refrigerator using drip tray", discloses a drip tray for a machinery chamber of a refrigerator including a fan assembly accommodating space that is partitioned from a defrost water storage space via an inner wall such that defrost water does not flow into the fan assembly accommodating space. The fan assembly includes a cut-out portion overlapping a portion of the defrost water storage space beyond the inner wall when the fan assembly is disposed in the fan assembly receiving space. Although said document US 2019/0120041 tries to provide a condensation unit with reduced dimensions, its drip tray is not easy to replace, as it supports a plurality of elements (e.g. fan assemblies). It is therefore evident that such a drip tray also has a structural function. Disclosure of utility model The object of the present utility model is to provide a condensation unit with a water tray which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art. This object is achieved by a condensing unit for commercial applications, comprising: A support structure supporting the condenser, the condenser fan motor, the compressor, the liquid receiver, the suction valve, and the electrical box; Wherein the condensing unit further comprises a water tray disposed below and detachably attached to the support structure. In the condensing unit according to the utility model, a thermal circuit for rejecting heat is provided in the water tray. Furthermore, in the condensing unit according to the utility model, the water tray has at least one bracket and snap-in clamps to maintain a firm positioning of the thermal circuit. In addition, in the condensing unit according to the present utility model, at least one bracket is made of plastic having a characteristic of resisting deformation due to the higher temperature of the discharge pipe. Further, in the condensing unit according to the present utility model, the water tray has a detent pin, and is detachably attached to the support structure by inserting the detent pin into a hole existing in the support structure with pressure. In addition, in the condensing unit according to the present utility model, the water tray is made of plastic, and the supporting structure is made of metal. An advantage of the present utility model is that the water tray is placed under the above-described support structure and has only the function of collecting water. It allows for easy removal, given that the water tray according to the utility model does not have a structural function. Another advantage of the present utility model is that the water tray is securely attached to the support structure by the detent pin and the thermal circuit is securely positioned within the water tray by the snap clamp. This avoids vibration of the components. Another advantage of the present utility model is that the water tray is made of plastic, while the prior art water tray is made of steel. The water tray according to the present utility model provides for faster evaporati
