The battery cell of claim 2, further comprising a protective layer (150) located within the receiving cavity (111), the protective layer (150) being disposed about an end of the first pole portion (132) remote from the second pole portion (131), a portion of the protective layer (150) being located between the bend portion (1421) and the end of the first pole portion (132) remote from the second pole portion (131).
- 7. The battery cell according to claim 2, wherein an end of the first pole portion (132) remote from the second pole portion (131) is provided with an arc portion (134).

The battery cell of any one of claims 2 to 7, further comprising a second insulator (160) located outside the receiving cavity (111), the second pole portion (131) comprising a first pole segment (1311) and a second pole segment (1312) connected, the second insulator (160) being disposed between the first pole segment (1311) and the cover plate (120), the second pole segment (1312) being disposed through the cover plate (120), the second pole segment (1312) being integrally formed with the first pole portion (132).
