- 1. - 4. The adjustable soil compacting device of claim 3 wherein the rear frame includes a horizontal bar and the first rack and weight assembly are formed on the horizontal bar.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the outer cylinder comprises a first outer cylinder and a second outer cylinder which are respectively sleeved at two ends of the inner cylinder, the first outer cylinder and the inner cylinder are coaxial, and the second outer cylinder and the inner cylinder are in sliding fit.
