Description
Head fixing device for medical scanning, examining table and medical scanning equipment Technical Field The application relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a head fixing device for medical scanning, an examining table and medical scanning equipment. Background Medical scanning apparatuses, such as PET, PET-CT, CT, MR, PET-MR, etc., can acquire metabolic information, anatomical structures, etc. of a human body by scanning the human body. For example, PET can provide information about metabolic and physiological functions in the body, particularly assessment of glucose metabolism, can display the activity of cells in a specific physiological state by using a radioactive tracer (e.g., fluorodeoxyglucose, FDG), and CT provides high resolution anatomical images that can detail the tissue and organ structure in the body. All kinds of medical scanning equipment are driven by the examining table driving device to input a human body into the center of the detector, the scanning process is continuous, if the human body moves in the scanning process, the obtained image can generate non-connected faults, image distortion is caused, and when the scanning equipment is PET-CT or PET-MR, image fusion failure can be caused. Especially, when head scanning is performed, the brain has an extremely complex structure, and it is required to ensure continuity of images at the time of imaging to acquire higher quality images. However, since the scanning process is generally long, it is difficult to ensure that the whole scanning process is still depending on the self-control of the human body, and therefore, head fixation is required during scanning. The existing head fixing is generally carried out by matching two external wedges with a headrest of an inspection bed, an operator manually symmetrically places the two wedges on the left side and the right side of the head, the two wedges are respectively positioned between the headrest and the head, and the head is limited by extrusion, but due to the fact that the heads of different people are different in size, on one hand, the wedges with different sizes are required to be equipped, on the other hand, a limiting effect can be achieved by long-time adjustment, and the limiting comfort is poor. Further, when PET scanning is involved, radiation injury is caused to operators due to the tracer injected into the human body, so that head fixation is not suitable for being performed in a wedge adjusting mode during PET scanning, but image calibration is performed through software after scanning, the data processing amount is obviously increased, and the speed and quality of acquiring images are slowed down. The description of the background art is only for the purpose of facilitating an understanding of the relevant art and is not to be taken as an admission of the prior art.
