Abstract

The invention relates to a plugging device, which comprises a fixing part and a sealing part, wherein the fixing part comprises a net-shaped weaving structure, the fixing part comprises a plurality of wing parts extending along the radial direction, and the length of the wing parts extending along the radial direction is at least more than 1/3 of the radius of the whole fixing part. Compared with the traditional fixing part design that the outer side edge is in a cylindrical state (namely the cross section is a circular boundary), the fixing part of the plugging device provided by the invention is provided with a plurality of wing parts, so that the fixing part can be adaptively clamped into the grooves and the protruding positions of the implantation area, the anchoring part can be conveniently abutted or penetrated into the surface of the implantation area in the corresponding area, and better anchoring capability is obtained.

Description

Plugging device Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of interventional medical instruments, in particular to a plugging device. Background In recent years, in patients with non-valve ward fibrillation, 90% of the strokes due to atrial fibrillation originate from the left atrial appendage. When clinical data shows atrial fibrillation, removal of the left atrial appendage during cardiac surgery can reduce the incidence of cerebral stroke, suggesting a risk of left atrial appendage in thromboembolism. Since the left atrial appendage is the thrombus, plugging the left atrial appendage opening eliminates the basis for thrombus formation in the left atrial appendage. Generally, left atrial appendage occlusion by a left atrial appendage occlusion device is an effective way to prevent cerebral stroke caused by atrial fibrillation. In order to effectively seal the left auricle, the left auricle sealing device needs to be implanted into the left auricle for a long time so as to realize the sealing effect. Therefore, the left auricle occluder needs to have a certain anchoring structure, so that the left auricle occluder can be stably occluded in the left auricle opening for a long time, and the problems of instrument embolism and the like caused by falling off of the left auricle occluder are avoided. For split type plugging device, generally including fixed part and the sealed portion of sealed effect of playing the fixed part, to fixed part, generally all realize the anchor through modes such as sharp-pointed anchor, do not consider the contact compactness and the state of fixed part and implantation position itself, when the condition that the contact area of fixed part and auricle is insufficient appears, still can appear droing the risk, and prior art is failed to improve it. Disclosure of Invention Based on this, it is necessary to provide an improved occlusion device for solving the problem of poor anchoring caused by insufficient contact area between the fixing portion and the implantation site of the existing left atrial appendage occlusion device, specifically as follows: There is provided an occlusion device comprising a fixation portion and a sealing portion, the fixation portion comprising a mesh-like woven structure, the fixation portion comprising a plurality of radially extending wings extending radially for a length at least exceeding 1/3 of the radius of the fixation portion as a whole. In one embodiment, a plurality of the wings extend obliquely radially outward in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. In one embodiment, the number of wings is between 4 and 6. In one embodiment, the distal faces of at least two wings are axially staggered or partially staggered. In one embodiment, the fixing portion includes a first wing portion and a second wing portion disposed adjacently, and further includes a third wing portion disposed opposite to the first wing portion, distal end surfaces of the first wing portion and the third wing portion are at the same position in an axial direction, and the distal end surface of the first wing portion is located on a proximal side of the distal end surface of the second wing portion. In one embodiment, at least one set of anchors is provided on the outer side of the wing, and the free ends of the anchors protrude outward from the fixing portion surface, the anchors being provided on the long side of the wing in the circumferential direction. In one embodiment, adjacent ones of the anchors do not completely overlap circumferentially on the same wing. In one embodiment, the anchor comprises a first hook and a second hook for anchoring, the free ends of the first and second hooks being located at different axial positions. In one embodiment, at least one cutting circle intersecting the wing parts is present along the inner side of the radial center circle on the cross section of the fixing part, and at the position where the cutting circle is located, the interval between at least one group of adjacent wing parts is smaller than the minimum value of the widths of the two wing parts, or the interval between at least one group of adjacent wing parts is smaller than the maximum value of the widths of the two wing parts. In one embodiment, on the cross section of the fixing portion, along the inner side of the radial center circle, there is at least one cutting circle intersecting with the wing portion, and at the position where the cutting circle is located, the interval between all adjacent wing portions is smaller than the width of any wing portion, or for any cutting circle, the interval between all adjacent wing portions is smaller than the width of any wing portion.
