Description
Stromal lens cornea donor based on hydrogel bonding Technical Field The present disclosure relates to the technical field of cornea transplantation, and in particular, to a stromal lens cornea donor based on hydrogel bonding. Background The amount of cornea grafting surgery is very limited due to the extreme scarcity of the cornea donor. Most of keratopathy is early but not affected by full layer, and infection can be partially controlled by auxiliary drug therapy of cornea focus lamellar excision, but a very satisfactory postoperative effect cannot be achieved, and the problems of irregular astigmatism caused by postoperative cornea tissue, influence on vision due to formation of cornea scar, difficulty in complete excision of deep focus, infection control and the like exist. In the related art, the problem of corneal stroma defect or perforation is treated by SMILE stroma lens implantation, however, in the process of performing related surgical suturing, the problem of sliding and distortion is very easy to occur due to the lack of stability of the single-layer stroma lens. Meanwhile, the stress at the edge of the belt is uneven, so that the attaching precision is greatly reduced, and the situation of inconsistent edge angulation occurs. These problems can cause not only post-operative astigmatism in the patient, but also may lead to clouding of the implant, affecting vision. In addition, the biomechanical strength is also difficult to meet the clinical practical requirements. Disclosure of utility model It is an object of the present disclosure to provide a stromal lens corneal donor based on hydrogel bonding to at least partially solve the technical problems existing in the related art. To achieve the above object, the present disclosure provides a hydrogel-based adhesive matrix lens cornea donor, the cornea donor comprising: A multi-layered corneal stroma lens stacked in a thickness direction thereof, and And the adhesive layer is adhered between two adjacent pieces of cornea matrix lenses and comprises a composite hydrogel with a grid porous structure formed after curing. Optionally, the composite hydrogel is a sodium polyacrylamide acrylate hydrogel. Optionally, the transmittance of the adhesive layer is 94% or more. Optionally, the tensile modulus of the adhesive layer is 2-2.1 kpa, and the compressive modulus is 7.5-8.5 kpa. Optionally, the adhesion force of the adhesive layer is 2-2.2 KPa. Optionally, the composite hydrogel is a double-crosslinked hydrogel. Optionally, the thickness of the plurality of layers of the corneal stromal lenses is the same. Optionally, two adjacent layers of the corneal stroma lenses are completely adhered to each other. Optionally, the outer contour edges of the stromal corneal lenses of each layer are aligned. Through the technical scheme, the stacked multilayer cornea stroma lenses are bonded to the preset thickness by the combined adhesive, so that the cornea donor has stronger structural strength, the problem of sliding or distortion deformation in the surgical suture process is effectively avoided, a grid porous structure is formed after the composite material hydrogel is solidified, the air permeability and the structural strength of the stroma lens cornea donor based on hydrogel bonding are ensured, and the reliability of cornea repair is improved.
