A cleaning-free stamping device is characterized by comprising a stamping mechanism (10), an easy-to-volatile oil smearing mechanism (20) and an online drying mechanism (30), wherein the stamping mechanism (10) at least comprises a machine table (11) and a stamping die (12), the left side and the right side of the machine table (11) are respectively provided with a plate feeding area and a stamping part blanking area, the stamping die (12) is arranged above the machine table (11), the easy-to-volatile oil smearing mechanism (20) comprises an upper smearing unit (22) and a lower smearing unit (21), the upper smearing unit (22) and the lower smearing unit (21) are arranged on the plate feeding area up and down and form a gap for plate feeding, the online drying mechanism (30) comprises a material guiding inclined plate (31), a drying unit (33) and a blanking conveying line (32), the material guiding inclined plate (31) is arranged in the blanking area of the stamping part and enables one end of the blanking inclined plate to be connected with the stamping die (12), and the blanking conveying line (32) is arranged outside the right side of the machine table (11) and is connected with the other end of the inclined plate feeding line (31) and arranged below the drying unit (33).

The cleaning-free stamping device according to claim 1, wherein the lower coating unit (21) comprises an H-shaped bracket (221), an upper coating roller (222), a peristaltic pump (224) and a plurality of spray heads (223), the H-shaped bracket (221) is fixed on the front side and the rear side of the oil dipping groove (211), the upper coating roller (222) is rotatably arranged below the transverse portion of the H-shaped bracket (221), the spray heads (223) are arranged below the transverse portion of the H-shaped bracket (221) and correspond to the upper coating roller (222), the peristaltic pump (224) is arranged above the transverse portion of the H-shaped bracket (221), a plurality of hoses (225) are arranged on the peristaltic pump (224), one ends of the hoses (225) are respectively communicated with the oil dipping groove (211), and the other ends of the hoses (225) penetrate through the transverse portion of the H-shaped bracket (221) to be respectively connected with the spray heads (223).
- 4. A washing-free stamping apparatus as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the inner wall of the dip tank (211) is provided with a level sensor (213).
