- 1. The four-corner flanging shaping die comprises a die (1) and is characterized in that the die (1) comprises a base (11), a lower die (2) is arranged above the base (11), a demoulding mechanism (4) is arranged inside the lower die (2), a long groove (14) is formed in the upper side of the base (11), a lifting mechanism (3) is arranged inside the long groove (14), the lower die (2) comprises a lower die forming block (21), a through groove (22) is formed in the surface of the lower die forming block (21), the lifting mechanism (3) comprises a push block (41) which is slidably arranged inside the through groove (22), the lifting mechanism (3) comprises a rectangular plate (32) which is arranged inside the long groove (14) through bolts, a rectangular groove (33) is formed in the upper side of the rectangular plate (32), and an air bag (34) is arranged inside the rectangular groove (33).
- 2. The four-corner flanging shaping die as set forth in claim 1, wherein grooves (23) are formed in two sides of the through groove (22), and connecting plates (42) which are connected inside the grooves (23) in a sliding manner are welded on two sides of the pushing block (41).
- 3. The four-corner flanging shaping die as set forth in claim 2, wherein a mounting block (43) is welded on the outer side of the connecting plate (42), and roller shafts (44) are rotatably mounted at two ends of the mounting block (43).

A four-corner flanging shaping die as set forth in claim 3, wherein a return spring (24) is elastically installed between the inner side of the groove (23) and the upper side of the connecting plate (42), and the return spring (24) is in an initial state when the connecting plate (42) is positioned at the lowest part of the groove (23).
