CN-224222698-U - Tail plate casting structure in die casting machine
Abstract
The application discloses a tail plate casting structure in a die casting machine, which comprises a casting part and a plurality of large steel nails, wherein a plurality of groups of hinge lugs are arranged on the casting part, the large steel nails are correspondingly arranged on the hinge lugs, bosses are arranged on the outer sides of the two hinge lugs at two side positions in any group of the hinge lugs, and the bosses are suitable for being used as references in the installation of the large steel nails. Compared with the existing die casting machine steel sheet mounting structure, the die casting machine steel sheet mounting structure has the advantages that the boss designed by the die casting machine steel sheet mounting structure can enable the large steel sheet to have a reference standard during mounting, meanwhile, the large steel sheet can be more firmly mounted in the hinge lugs through the arrangement of the rough section on the large steel sheet, and the position of the large steel sheet can be more conveniently and quickly adjusted, so that manufacturing procedures of the middle plate and the tail plate and the weight of products are reduced under the condition that the strength of the machine hinge is not influenced, material turnover period is saved, and material and labor cost are reduced.

Description
Tail plate casting structure in die casting machine Technical Field The application relates to the field of die casting machines, in particular to a tail plate casting structure in a die casting machine. Background The assembly process is complicated when the hinge lugs of the tail plate casting are assembled in the existing die casting machine, the assembly difficulty is high, and the middle and tail plate castings of the die casting machine need to be repeatedly subjected to the processes of adjustment, inspection, polishing and the like when the steel is assembled. In the prior art, the two sides of each hinge lug on the middle plate and the tail plate are respectively cast with a boss with the diameter of 8mm, and the bosses on the two sides of the hinge lugs are required to be milled to be 3mm when the middle plate and the tail plate are machined and assembled, so that the middle plate and the tail plate in the prior art are complex in process, high in assembly difficulty, low in precision and low in qualification rate when large steel sheets are assembled. Therefore, there is a need for an improvement in the mounting structure of the tail plate in the existing die casting machine. Disclosure of utility model The present application has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present application is to provide a mounting structure for a tail plate in a die casting machine. In order to achieve at least one purpose, the technical scheme includes that the tail plate casting structure in the die casting machine comprises a casting piece and a plurality of large steel nails, wherein the casting piece is provided with a plurality of groups of hinge lugs, the large steel nails are correspondingly arranged on the hinge lugs, bosses are arranged on the outer sides of two hinge lugs positioned at two sides of any group of the hinge lugs, and the bosses are suitable for serving as references when the large steel nails are arranged. Preferably, the thickness of the boss is 2-5mm. Preferably, the width of the large steel span is larger than that of the hinge lug, so that at least one end of the large steel span protrudes out of the end face of the hinge lug when the large steel span is installed on the hinge lug. The hinge lug is provided with a first oil port, the large steel span is provided with a second oil port, and the large steel span is suitable for rotating around the axis of the large steel span during installation, so that the second oil port corresponds to the first oil port in position. Preferably, the big steel comprises a smooth section and a rough section, and the big steel is suitable for driving the big steel to rotate through the rough section positioned outside the hinge lug when the smooth section and the hinge lug are installed. Preferably, one end of the large steel is provided with a tooth-shaped section to form the rough section. Preferably, the roughened section transitions or is an interference fit with the hinge eyes. Preferably, the cast member is a middle plate. Preferably, the cast member employs a tail plate. Compared with the prior art, the application has the beneficial effects that: Compared with the existing die casting machine steel sheet mounting structure, the boss designed by the application can lead the large steel sheet to have a reference standard during mounting, meanwhile, the coarse section on the large steel sheet can lead the large steel sheet to be more firmly mounted in the hinge lug, and the position can be more conveniently adjusted, so that the manufacturing procedures of the middle plate and the tail plate and the weight of the product are reduced under the condition of ensuring that the strength of the machine hinge is not influenced, the material turnover period is saved, and the material and labor cost is reduced Drawings Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the overall structure of the tailgate of the present utility model when equipped with a large steel rail.
