Claims (10)
- 1. A semi-solid die-casting die for a metal thin-wall part comprises a die body, wherein a die cavity is arranged in the die body, the die body is provided with a plurality of discharging channels communicated with the die cavity along a first direction, the discharging channels are parallel to each other, the die body is provided with a plurality of sliding holes in one-to-one correspondence with the discharging channels along a second direction, the second direction intersects the first direction, the semi-solid die-casting die for the metal thin-wall part further comprises a plurality of material blocking parts, a plurality of driving parts and a plurality of adjusting parts, the material blocking parts are in one-to-one correspondence with the discharging channels, each material blocking part is slidably arranged in the corresponding sliding holes along the second direction, at least part of each material blocking part can enter the corresponding discharging channel, the driving parts are movably arranged in the die body and are in movable connection with the corresponding driving parts, each adjusting part is configured to drive the corresponding driving parts to move reciprocally and drive the corresponding material blocking parts to enter at least part of the corresponding sliding parts of the corresponding material blocking parts of the die body.
- 2. The metal thin-walled part semi-solid die casting mold of claim 1, wherein the driving member is configured to provide the stopper with an abutment force oblique to the second direction to cause the stopper to enter or depart from the discharge passage in the second direction.

The metal thin-walled part semi-solid die casting mold according to claim 2, wherein the driving part is provided with a driving surface, the stopper part is provided with an abutting surface abutting against the driving surface, the driving surface is configured to abut against the abutting surface when the driving part moves in the forward direction of the third direction, and the driving surface and/or the abutting surface are inclined with respect to the second direction.

The semi-solid die casting die for the metal thin-wall piece according to claim 6, wherein the adjusting piece further comprises a mounting block and a limiting head, the mounting block is connected with the die body, the limiting head is connected with the adjusting screw, a rotating hole is formed in the mounting block in a penetrating mode along a third direction, the adjusting screw is inserted into the rotating hole, the adjusting screw can slide along the third direction and can rotate around an axis of the adjusting screw, the mounting block is provided with a tight supporting screw hole, the tight supporting screw rod is in threaded fit with the tight supporting screw hole, and the limiting head is configured to be abutted with one side, away from the driving piece, of the mounting block along the third direction.
