Description
Reciprocating saw [ Field of technology ] The utility model relates to the technical field of electric tools, in particular to a reciprocating saw for occasions such as decoration, construction and the like. [ Background Art ] The reciprocating saw is a reciprocating electric tool for cutting timber, metal and other materials, and is widely used in furniture decoration and other fields. In actual operation, the motion conversion mechanism of the reciprocating saw converts the rotary motion of the motor assembly into the reciprocating motion of the reciprocating rod so as to drive the saw blade to perform high-frequency cutting operation. In order to ensure smooth operation of the reciprocating assembly, the reciprocating assembly and the supporting piece are in clearance fit, so that vibration and noise are generated in the working process of the reciprocating assembly and the supporting piece, the operation comfort of a user is affected, and the problem is most obvious when the cutter lifting gear is at maximum. In view of the foregoing, it is desirable to provide an improved reciprocating saw that overcomes the shortcomings of the prior art. [ utility model ] In view of the deficiencies of the prior art, it is an object of the present utility model to provide a reciprocating saw that is comfortable to operate and has a long life. The reciprocating saw comprises a shell, a motor component, a transmission component, a reciprocating rod component and a guide rail component, wherein the motor component is accommodated in the shell, the transmission component is connected with the motor component, the reciprocating rod component is driven by the transmission component, the guide rail component is used for supporting the reciprocating rod component, the reciprocating rod component comprises a reciprocating rod and a sliding groove connected with the reciprocating rod, the sliding groove moves along the guide rail component in a reciprocating mode, the guide rail component comprises a guide rail and a sliding plate connected with the guide rail, the sliding groove moves along the surface of the sliding plate, the reciprocating saw comprises an elastic piece which is used for pressing the sliding plate, and the elastic piece is used for applying force to the guide rail so that the sliding plate is abutted against the sliding groove. The guide rail comprises a guide rail main body and a containing groove recessed from the end face of the guide rail main body, one end of the elastic piece is abutted to the bottom of the containing groove, and the other end of the elastic piece is abutted to the surface of the sliding plate. The sliding plate comprises a first surface contacting the elastic piece and a second surface contacting the sliding groove, wherein the first surface and the second surface have different friction coefficients. The friction coefficient of the second surface is smaller than that of the first surface. The sliding plate comprises a pair of first parts which are abutted between the elastic piece and the sliding groove and a second part which is connected between the pair of first parts, and the first surface and the second surface are arranged on the pair of first parts. The further improvement is that the two ends of the chute are supported on a pair of the first parts. In a further improvement, the second part is bent and sunken relative to the pair of first parts to form a channel, and the reciprocating rod extends into the channel. The further improvement scheme is that the elastic piece is a spring. Compared with the prior art, the reciprocating saw has the advantages that the elastic piece which is used for propping the sliding plate is arranged on the reciprocating saw, so that the elastic piece applies force to the guide rail, and the sliding plate is propped against the sliding groove, therefore, in the working process of the reciprocating saw, the sliding groove and the sliding plate ensure continuous lamination, the swinging of the reciprocating rod assembly in the moving process is reduced, the vibration and the noise of the machine are greatly reduced, meanwhile, the reciprocating rod assembly and the sliding plate are well laminated, the abrasion is more uniform, and the service life is prolonged.
