  4. 4. A bridge transport device as defined in claim 1, further comprising a drive means coupled to said carriage for driving said carriage over said bar rail.

  6. 6. The bridge transport device of claim 5, further comprising a control system coupled to said cart for controlling the speed and position of movement of said cart.

The bridge conveyor of claim 6, wherein said control system includes a sensor and a controller, said sensor being disposed on said conveyor for monitoring position and speed information of said conveyor and transmitting to said controller, said controller controlling the operation of said drive means based on said information.
