- 1. An assembly apparatus, comprising: the support frame is movably arranged and comprises an accommodating space; The assembling device comprises an assembling frame, a connecting frame, an assembling driving piece, a material taking and placing mechanism and a locking mechanism, wherein the assembling frame is connected with the supporting frame, the connecting frame is slidably connected with the assembling frame along a first direction, the material taking and placing mechanism and the locking mechanism are both arranged on the connecting frame, the material taking and placing mechanism is used for transferring a conveying line unit, the locking mechanism is used for locking the conveying line unit, and the assembling driving piece is connected with the connecting frame and is used for driving the connecting frame to extend out of or retract into the accommodating space.

The assembly apparatus of claim 1, wherein the assembly device further comprises an assembly rail and an assembly slide, the assembly rail being secured to the assembly frame, a length direction of the assembly rail being parallel to the first direction, the assembly slide being slidably coupled to the assembly rail along the first direction, the coupling frame being secured to the assembly slide.

The assembly apparatus of claim 1, wherein the pick and place mechanism includes a pick and place frame, a gripper, and a telescopic driving member, the pick and place frame being located on a side of the connection frame away from the assembly frame and being fixedly connected to the connection frame, the telescopic driving member being fixedly connected to the pick and place frame, the telescopic driving member having a telescopic rod, the gripper being fixed to an end of the telescopic rod, the gripper being configured to pick and place the conveyor line unit.
- 4. The assembly apparatus of claim 3 wherein said pick-and-place frame has a mounting cavity and said telescoping drive is partially located within said mounting cavity.

The assembly device of claim 1, wherein the locking mechanism comprises a positioning guide rail, a positioning slide block, a positioning driving member, a positioning frame and a locking assembly, the positioning guide rail is fixed on the connecting frame, the length direction of the positioning guide rail is parallel to the first direction, the positioning slide block is slidably arranged on the positioning guide rail along the first direction, the locking assembly is fixedly connected with the positioning slide block, and the positioning driving member is connected with the positioning slide block and is used for driving the positioning slide block to move along the first direction so as to drive the locking assembly to move along the first direction.

The assembly apparatus of claim 5, wherein the locking assembly comprises a locking frame fixedly coupled to the positioning frame, a locking mounting plate slidably coupled to the locking frame in a third direction, a locking member and a fastener supply, each of the locking member and the fastener supply mounted to the locking mounting plate, the first direction being perpendicular to the third direction.
- 7. The assembly apparatus of claim 6 wherein said fastener supply is located directly below said lock for providing a fastener for locking said fastener into said conveyor line unit.

The assembly apparatus of claim 1, wherein the support frame comprises a cross beam, the assembly apparatus further comprises a traverse rail, a traverse slider, and a traverse drive, the traverse rail is fixed to the cross beam, a length direction of the traverse rail is parallel to a second direction, the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction, the traverse slider is slidably disposed in the traverse rail along the second direction, the assembly device is fixedly connected to the traverse slider, and the traverse drive is connected to the traverse slider to drive the traverse slider to move along the second direction.

The assembly apparatus of claim 8, wherein the receiving space includes a first space and a second space, the first space and the second space being arranged along the second direction, the traversing drive driving the traversing slider to move along the second direction to drive the assembly device from the first space to the second space or to drive the assembly device from the second space to the first space.

The assembly apparatus of claim 8, wherein said traverse guide, said traverse slide, said traverse drive, and said assembly means disposed below said cross member comprise a transfer unit, said assembly apparatus comprising two sets of said transfer units, said cross member also being provided with two sets of said cross members disposed along a third direction, each set of said transfer units disposed below a corresponding cross member, said first direction, said second direction, and said third direction being perpendicular to each other.
