A metal roof structure with daylighting roofs is characterized by comprising a plurality of metal roof units (1) which are sequentially connected, one or more daylighting roof units (2) are arranged between two adjacent metal roof units (1), each daylighting roof unit (2) comprises a first roof plate (20) and a daylighting plate (21), the first roof plate (20) is connected with the daylighting plates (21) in a lap joint mode, an inner pressing sheet (3) and an outer pressing sheet (4) are respectively arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the lap joint position of the first roof plate (20) and the daylighting plates (21), an upper sealing piece (5) is arranged between the outer pressing sheet (4) and the first roof plate (20) or between the daylighting plates (21), one side end portions of the first roof plate (20) and the daylighting plates (21) are penetrated and provided with first male buckles (7) matched with the first female buckles (6), and the other side end portions of the first roof plate (20) and the daylighting plates (21) are penetrated and provided with first male buckles (7).
