Claims (10)
- 1. The planetary gear box capable of serving as a motor end cover is characterized by comprising a planet carrier, a sun gear and a connector, wherein the connector is connected with the sun gear in an interference fit mode, axial positioning is provided through a shaft shoulder of the sun gear, an input stage bearing is arranged on the outer circle of the connector, and radial support is provided by the input stage bearing.

The planetary gear box capable of serving as a motor end cover according to claim 1, wherein first check rings are arranged at two ends of an inner ring and an outer ring of the input stage bearing, and the first check rings are embedded into a preset bearing position of the planet carrier to limit axial movement of the input stage bearing.

The planetary gear box capable of serving as an end cover of a motor according to claim 2, wherein a second check ring is arranged on the connector, and the second check ring and a shaft shoulder preset on the connector jointly clamp an inner ring of the input stage bearing to limit the axial movement of the connector.

The planetary gear box capable of serving as an end cover of a motor according to claim 1, wherein the planetary gear box comprises a gear ring, planetary gears and a pin shaft, the pin shaft is arranged on a planetary gear carrier, the planetary gears are arranged on the pin shaft, the planetary gear carrier is arranged inside the gear ring and is in meshed connection through the planetary gears, and the planetary gear carrier drives the sun gear to rotate tangentially together.
- 5. The planetary gear box capable of serving as a motor end cover according to claim 4, wherein the planet carrier is provided with a slot for placing the planet wheel, the center of the slot can penetrate into the pin shaft, and the planet wheel penetrates into the pin shaft.

An electric motor, characterized by comprising the planetary gear box capable of serving as an end cover of the electric motor according to any one of claims 1-7, and further comprising an electric motor stator shell and an electric motor rotor, wherein the outer circle of a fixed end of the planetary carrier is fixedly connected with the electric motor stator shell, and the connector is fixedly connected with the electric motor rotor.
- 9. The motor of claim 8, wherein the outer circumference of the planet carrier matches the shape and size of the motor stator housing.
- 10. The motor of claim 8, wherein the outer circle of the fixed end of the planet carrier is connected with the motor stator shell through bolt fastening, and the connector is connected with the motor rotor through bolt fastening.
