The heating bag for the liquid PTC heater is characterized by comprising a heating shell and a PTC heating bag (1), wherein the heating shell comprises an upper shell (2) and a lower shell (3), the upper shell (2) and the lower shell (3) are spliced and enclosed to form a liquid circulation cavity (4), the upper shell (2) is provided with a plurality of heater grooves (5) penetrating into the liquid circulation cavity (4), the PTC heating bag (1) is inserted into the heater grooves (5), the PTC heating bag (1) comprises PTC heating sheets (6) fixed in a PTC plastic-coated fixing frame (9), the PTC heating sheets (6) are fixedly adhered to and in conductive contact with electrode sheets (8) at two sides through adhesive layers (7) coated on the surfaces, wedge-shaped blocks (10) are inserted between the electrode sheets (8) and the heater grooves (5), and insulating silica gel (13) is filled in gaps of the heater grooves (5).

The heating bag for the liquid PTC heater as claimed in claim 1, wherein the electrode plate (8) on one side of the PTC heating sheet (6) is an electrode plate of the PTC plastic-coated fixing frame which is integrally formed with the PTC plastic-coated fixing frame (9) through injection molding.
- 3. A heating pack for a liquid PTC heater as claimed in claim 1, wherein both sides of the lower housing (3) are respectively provided with a water inlet pipe orifice (14) and a water outlet pipe orifice (15) which are communicated with the liquid circulation chamber (4).
