- 1. The electric connector cable checking circuit is characterized by comprising a power supply unit, a signal acquisition unit and a data processing unit, wherein the power supply unit is used for providing electric energy for the signal acquisition unit and the data processing unit, the signal acquisition unit is connected with the data processing unit, the signal acquisition unit is used for acquiring detection signals on all leads of an electric connector cable and transmitting the acquired signals to the data processing unit, and the data processing unit is used for judging the on-off state of all the leads on the cable according to the acquired signals.

The electrical connector cable calibration circuit as recited in claim 1, wherein the power supply unit comprises a voltage conversion circuit for converting an input voltage into a voltage required by the signal acquisition unit and the data processing unit, an input terminal thereof is connected to the input power supply terminal, and an output terminal thereof is connected to the signal acquisition unit and the data processing unit, respectively.

An electrical connector cable verification circuit as in claim 2 wherein the signal acquisition unit comprises at least one isolation circuit, each for signal isolation and level shifting, the isolation circuit having an input for connection to one end of a wire in the cable and an output for connection to one input of the data processing unit.

A connector cable verification circuit as in claim 3, wherein the isolation circuit comprises an optocoupler having one end connected to the input power supply terminal through a first current limiting resistor and the other end as an input terminal of the isolation circuit for connection to one end of a wire in the cable, and one end of the output side connected to the output terminal of the second voltage of the power supply unit through a second current limiting resistor and the other end connected to one input terminal of the data processing unit.

The electrical connector cable checking circuit according to claim 1, wherein the data processing unit comprises a control circuit and a result display circuit which are sequentially connected, wherein each input end of the control circuit is respectively connected with each output end of the signal acquisition unit in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and is used for respectively receiving detection signals of each wire in the cable, the control circuit judges whether the wires are on or off according to whether the detection signals are valid or not, and transmits the judgment result to the result display circuit, and the result display circuit displays the judgment result.
