  7. 7. The sign assembly of claim 6 wherein the spacing between adjacent ones of said sets of mounting holes is unequal to the spacing between adjacent ones of said sets of mounting holes.
  8. 8. The sign assembly of claim 6 wherein said mounting holes in adjacent ones of said sets of mounting holes are offset in said first direction.
  9. 9. The sign assembly of claim 8 wherein the spacing of said mounting holes of one of said sets of mounting holes is unequal to the spacing of said mounting holes of the other of said sets of mounting holes in adjacent ones of said sets of mounting holes.
  10. 10. The sign assembly of claim 1 wherein the carrier has a plurality of mounting areas, the plurality of mounting areas being spaced apart along a set direction.
  11. 11. The sign assembly of claim 1 wherein the carrier further has a decorative area with decorative holes formed therein, the decorative area being disposed in a set direction with the mounting area.
  12. 12. The sign assembly of claim 11 further comprising a second decorative member inserted in a one-to-one correspondence within at least a portion of the decorative apertures to mount the second decorative member to the carrier.
  13. 13. A light fixture comprising the sign assembly of any one of claims 1-12.
  14. 14. An automobile is characterized in that, the automobile comprising the luminaire of claim 13.
