Abstract
The application discloses a locking device which is used for fixing a high-voltage winding prefabricated part in an injection mold through locking an outgoing line terminal so as to obtain a high-voltage winding by injection molding a high-voltage insulating layer on the periphery of the high-voltage winding prefabricated part. The locking device can lock the wire outlet terminal when the high-voltage winding is formed, and prevent the forming material from entering the wire outlet terminal so that the wire outlet terminal cannot be used.

Claims (11)
- 1. The locking device is used for fixing a high-voltage winding prefabricated member in an injection mold through locking an outgoing line terminal so as to obtain a high-voltage winding by injection molding a high-voltage insulating layer on the periphery of the high-voltage winding prefabricated member, and is characterized by comprising a fixing block, an upper insert and a lower insert, wherein the fixing block is used for connecting the outgoing line terminal and coating the installation surface of the outgoing line terminal, and the upper insert and the lower insert are matched and butted and then are coated on the peripheral surface of the fixing block so as to be used for connecting the injection mold.
- 2. The locking device of claim 1, wherein the fixing block comprises a connecting portion and a fixing portion which are connected, the connecting portion is used for connecting the outgoing terminal, the connecting portion and the fixing portion are cylindrical integrally, the diameter of the connecting portion is smaller than that of the fixing portion, so that a step surface is formed between the fixing portion and the connecting portion, and the step surface is used for coating the mounting surface.

The locking device according to claim 2, wherein one end of the outgoing terminal is provided with a connecting hole, the connecting hole is a threaded hole, and an outer circumferential surface of the connecting portion is provided with an external thread which is in matching connection with the connecting hole.
- 4. A locking device according to claim 3, wherein the length of the connecting portion is less than or equal to the length of the threaded bore.
- 5. The locking device according to claim 2, wherein an annular groove is formed in the outer periphery of the middle portion of the fixing portion, and the annular groove is V-shaped in cross section along the axial direction of the fixing portion.
- 6. The locking device according to claim 2, wherein an end of the fixing portion remote from the connecting portion is provided with a mounting groove for locking the fixing block to the outlet terminal by a mechanical tool, and the mounting groove is a hexagon socket.
- 7. The locking device according to claim 2, wherein the outer periphery of the end of the fixing portion remote from the connecting portion is provided with at least one through hole for locking the fixing block to the outgoing terminal by a mechanical tool, the through hole being provided in a radial direction of the fixing portion.
- 8. The locking device of claim 5, wherein the lower insert is provided with a first recess for receiving a portion of the fixed block, a first projection and a second projection for mating engagement with the annular recess.
- 9. The locking device of claim 8, wherein the upper insert is provided with a second recess for receiving a portion of the fixed block, a third projection for mating connection with the annular recess, and a groove for mating connection with the second projection.
- 10. The locking device of claim 9, wherein the second front face of the upper insert and the first front face of the lower insert are flush with the step face of the fixed block.
- 11. The locking device of claim 9, wherein the upper insert and the lower insert are each provided with a fourth protrusion on the other side thereof remote from the fixed block for mating connection with the injection mold.

Background The high-voltage insulating layer of the high-voltage winding of the dry-type transformer is mostly cast or injection molded, one end of an outgoing terminal of the high-voltage winding is usually provided with a threaded hole for connecting an external power component, the threaded hole and a mold cavity are required to be tightly sealed in the molding process of the high-voltage insulating layer, and the failure of the outgoing terminal caused by the fact that molding materials flow into the threaded hole is prevented. At present, a threaded through hole is reserved on a die, a bolt is screwed into a threaded hole of an outgoing terminal and the threaded through hole on the die to fasten the outgoing terminal and a die cavity, and then the high-voltage winding is formed. The procedure of screwing in the bolt to fasten the wire outlet terminal and the die cavity can be operated only after the die is opened at the molding station, the operation time is long, the production period of the product is increased, the manufacturing cost is increased, the bolt can not completely cover the mounting surface of the wire outlet terminal, and the wire outlet terminal is easily damaged when the die is assembled up and down, so that the product quality is affected. The fixing block comprises a connecting portion and a fixing portion which are connected, the connecting portion is used for connecting the outgoing line terminal, the connecting portion and the fixing portion are integrally cylindrical, the diameter of the connecting portion is smaller than that of the fixing portion, a step surface is formed between the fixing portion and the connecting portion, and the step surface is used for coating the mounting surface.
