- 1. The battery water cooling plate is characterized by comprising a base plate and a water pipe arranged on the first side face of the base plate, at least one part of the water pipe is bent, the water pipe is provided with a joint end extending out of one side face of the base plate, the joint end forms a cylindrical joint structure in an extrusion forming mode, flow channels for flowing of refrigerant are arranged in the water pipe and the joint structure, and an installation groove for installing a sealing ring is formed in the outer side wall of the joint structure.
- 2. The battery water cooling plate according to claim 1, wherein the water pipe is a flat tubular member, and the base plate is a square plate arranged straight.
- 3. The battery water cooled panel of claim 1 wherein the tab structure is disposed orthogonally with respect to the first side of the base plate.
- 4. The battery water cooling plate of claim 1 wherein the water pipe is serpentine in a plurality of segments on the first side of the base plate.
- 5. The battery water cooling plate according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of support tubes, wherein the support tubes are arranged beside the water tubes and/or are inserted between the water tubes.
- 6. The battery water cooling panel of claim 5 wherein the support tube is a flat tubular member, the support tube being flush with the bottom surface of the water tube.
- 7. The battery water-cooled panel of claim 1, wherein the base plate includes a second side opposite the first side, the tab structure being positioned upwardly beyond the second side, the second side being heat staked with a layer of insulating glue.
- 8. The battery water cooling plate according to claim 5, wherein the water pipe and/or the support pipe are/is mounted on the first side surface of the base plate in an adhesive or welding mode, and a plurality of square cushion blocks are further mounted on the first side surface of the base plate, and the square cushion blocks are arranged beside the water pipe and/or the support pipe.
- 9. The battery water cooling plate of claim 1, further comprising a seal ring mounted to the mounting groove.
