Description
Position locking device for removable switch cabinet and removable switch cabinet with same Technical Field The utility model relates to the technical field of electrical equipment, in particular to a work position locking device for a movable type switch cabinet and the movable type switch cabinet with the same. Background The movable switch cabinet such as a drawer type switch cabinet or a handcart type switch cabinet is widely applied to a power system by virtue of the advantages of convenience in maintenance, reliable power supply and the like, so as to perform short-circuit protection, overload protection and circuit on-off control on the power system. Such switch cabinets typically include a cabinet, an operating mechanism mounted within the cabinet, and a removable component, wherein an operator may move the removable component relative to the cabinet by controlling the operating mechanism to switch the removable component to an isolated, test, or connected position. However, prior art switch cabinets still present a risk of displacement after the removable component has been moved into position relative to the cabinet body, for example under operator mishandling, which in turn can adversely affect the safety of the switch cabinet. Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a station locking apparatus that improves the reliability and safety of a switchgear. Disclosure of utility model The present utility model aims to provide a station locking arrangement which solves at least some of the problems described above. The utility model also aims to provide a removable switch cabinet applying the improved station locking device. According to one aspect of the present utility model, there is provided a station locking device for a withdrawable switchgear including a cabinet side plate having an operation hole provided thereon and a movable portion disposed inside the cabinet side plate to block the operation hole, the movable portion being configured to be movable relative to the cabinet side plate to expose the operation hole, the station locking device including a latch assembly including a latch body fixed to the cabinet side plate and extending from an outside to an inside of the cabinet side plate and a latch core extending from an inside end of the latch body, the latch core being configured to be rotatable relative to the latch body, a transmission cam mounted to the latch core and configured to be rotatable following rotation of the latch core, a slide lever slidably disposed inside the cabinet side plate and having one end abutting against the transmission cam to be movable toward the movable portion until the slide lever moves to a movement path of the movable portion to block movement of the movable portion to expose the operation hole when the latch core rotates relative to the latch body in response to a locking action. Compared with the prior art, the station locking device is matched with the movable part for shielding and exposing the operation hole, so that when the movable switch cabinet moves to any expected station, the lock catch assembly drives the sliding rod to move to the moving path of the movable part through the transmission cam, thereby limiting the movement of the movable part, further keeping the shielding state of the operation hole and preventing the operation handle from being inserted into the operation hole, and further avoiding misoperation of an operator and operation of an unauthorized operator as much as possible. In addition, the rotation of the transmission cam is converted into the linear movement of the sliding rod, so that the structure is simple and the space is saved. Preferably, the withdrawable switchgear further comprises a removable part disposed inside the cabinet side plate and movable to a different station with respect to the cabinet side plate, and the station locking apparatus further comprises a stopper rod movably mounted to the inside of the cabinet side plate and movable to a different station following the removable part, the stopper rod being configured to be positioned in a movement path of the sliding rod while being moved to a desired station, thereby preventing the sliding rod from being moved to a movement path of the movable part. Preferably, the station locking apparatus further comprises a pair of support plates fixedly mounted to the inner side of the cabinet side plate and spaced apart from each other in a sliding direction of the slide bar, and each support plate is provided with a guide hole penetrating in a thickness direction to be penetrated by the slide bar. Preferably, the sliding rod is divided in its sliding direction into a drive section adjacent to the transmission cam and a functional section adjacent to the movable section, the outer contour of the functional section being reduced relative to the outer contour of the drive section. Preferably, the station locking apparatus further comprises an elastic member which is co
