A mounting structure of a curtain motor shell and a circuit board comprises a cylindrical shell (1), wherein a support (2) is fixedly mounted in one end of the shell, the curtain motor shell is characterized in that a mounting groove (21) is formed in the end portion of the support along the annular shape, a circuit board (3) is mounted at the mounting groove, an end cover (4) capable of covering an end opening of the shell, the support and the circuit board is further mounted at the end portion of the shell, a screw hole (22) is formed in the support, a yielding hole (31) is formed in the circuit board at the position opposite to the screw hole, an end cover hole (41) is formed in the end cover at the position opposite to the screw hole, a locking screw (5) penetrates through the end cover hole, the yielding hole and is fixedly connected with the screw hole in a threaded mode, and a positioning column (42) extending to the surface of the circuit board is further arranged in the end cover.
