The backboard structure comprises a fixing plate and a supporting piece, wherein the fixing plate is used for being installed on a fixed circuit board, the supporting piece is arranged between the circuit board and the fixing plate, a capacitance avoidance area is formed between the circuit board and the fixing plate and used for containing a capacitor of the circuit board, one end of the supporting piece is fixed on the fixing plate, and the other end of the supporting piece is used for being supported on a chip installation part of the circuit board. The backboard structure can not only reduce the production difficulty of the electric connector assembly, but also improve the use stability of the electric connector assembly.

  1. 1. The backboard structure comprises a fixing plate and is characterized in that the fixing plate is used for being installed on a fixed circuit board, the backboard structure further comprises a supporting piece, the supporting piece is arranged between the circuit board and the fixing plate, a capacitance avoidance area is formed between the circuit board and the fixing plate and used for containing capacitance of the circuit board, one end of the supporting piece is fixed on the fixing plate, and the other end of the supporting piece is used for being supported on a chip installation part of the circuit board.
  2. 2. The back plate structure of claim 1, wherein the support is configured to be disposed opposite the chip mounting portion of the circuit board such that the support is configured to support the chip mounting portion of the circuit board.
  3. 3. The back plate structure of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the support member ranges from 0.4mm to 1.2mm.
  4. 4. The back plate structure of claim 1, wherein said support member is welded to said fixed plate.
  5. 5. The structure of claim 1, wherein the support member has a cross-sectional area for a chip mounting portion of the circuit board that is greater than or equal to a cross-sectional area of the circuit board, and/or, The cross-sectional area of the support is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the fixing plate.
  6. 6. The back plate structure of claim 1, further comprising an insulating sheet for positioning between the circuit board and the support.
  7. 7. The back plate structure of claim 6, wherein said insulating sheet is attached to said support member.
  8. 8. An electrical connector assembly comprising a circuit board and the backplane structure of any one of claims 1-7, the support being disposed between the circuit board and the mounting plate.
  9. 9. The electrical connector assembly of claim 8, wherein the securing plate is threadably coupled to the circuit board.

The electrical connector assembly of claim 9, further comprising a fastener, wherein the fixing plate is formed with a positioning hole, wherein the circuit board is formed with a threaded hole disposed opposite the positioning hole, and wherein the fastener passes through the positioning hole and is screwed to the threaded hole.
