CN-224233972-U - Controller and electric driving system
Abstract
The embodiment of the application relates to a controller and an electric driving system, wherein the controller comprises a plurality of conductive posts, a PCB, a fastener and a supporting piece which are arranged at intervals, the conductive posts are provided with a welding part and a connecting part, the welding part is welded to the PCB, the connecting part is used for electrically connecting external equipment, and the PCB is locked to the supporting piece through the fastener. Because the welding part of the conductive column is welded to the PCB, the conductive column is not required to be additionally provided with a mounting part for locking with the PCB, the conductive column is small in size, and the layout flexibility of the conductive column on the PCB is high. In addition, because the conductive post is welded on the PCB, and the PCB is locked on the supporting piece through the fastener, the risk that the conductive post rotates due to the torque when the conductive post is locked with external equipment is greatly reduced.

Description
Controller and electric driving system Technical Field The embodiment of the application relates to the technical field of controllers, in particular to a controller and an electric driving system. Background The controller plays a vital role in modern vehicles, especially in electric drive systems of electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, electric vehicles, and the like. These controllers are usually equipped with a plurality of conductive posts, which are not only connected to the PCB, but also responsible for ensuring smooth transmission of power by directly or indirectly connecting the power source with the motor. In practical applications, when the conductive post is connected to a power source or a motor, a firm locking must be ensured, however, this locking process is often accompanied by challenges, because torque is generated during the locking process, and the conductive post needs to be prevented from rotating when subjected to the torque. The applicant of the present application has found that in order to prevent the conductive posts from rotating, it is common to lock the conductive posts to other auxiliary devices (e.g., a support member including a heat sink), which requires the conductive posts to extend radially along the posts to form mounting sites for the locking, the conductive posts being large in size as a whole, and the conductive posts being not sufficiently flexible in layout on the PCB. Disclosure of utility model In view of the above, embodiments of the present application provide a controller and an electric drive system that overcome or at least partially solve the above-described problems. According to one aspect of the embodiment of the application, a controller is provided, which comprises a plurality of conductive posts, a PCB, a fastener and a support piece, wherein the conductive posts are arranged at intervals, the conductive posts are provided with connected welding parts and connecting parts, the welding parts are welded to the PCB, the connecting parts are used for electrically connecting external equipment, and the PCB is locked to the support piece through the fastener. In some embodiments, the controller further comprises a control board, the fastener locking the control board, PCB and the support. In some embodiments, the fastener comprises a fastening part and a support column, the PCB is stacked on the support member, one end of the support column locks the PCB and the support member, the other end of the support column supports the control board, and the fastening part locks the control board to the other end of the support column. In some embodiments, the support is a heat sink. In some embodiments, the controller further comprises a housing, the housing is provided with a housing cavity and an opening communicated with the housing cavity, the PCB is housed in the housing cavity, the housing is provided with the supporting member, and the supporting member closes the opening.
