Description

The present invention relates to a device for filling tanks, and in particular for filling tanks without contamination. Such a device is, for example, derived from the WO 2014/ 005 951 A1 The present invention is also directed in particular to a device, for example, for transferring liquid plant protection products from small containers, such as canisters or bottles, into larger containers, such as drums or tanks. Such devices are generally known in the prior art, but these have not yet allowed for the cleaning of internal valve components. The devices described above WO 2014/ 005 951 A1 The described device already allows for the flushing of valve components. Other devices of this type are, for example, made of... DE 296 06 472 U1 , US 2016 / 0 370 217 A1 , EP 0 482 103 B1 or DE 16 90 389 U known. The WO 2014/ 005 951 A1 The above is hereby incorporated in its entirety into the present application by reference. In particular, reference is made to the figure description therein (pages 13-20 of the description therein) and the associated figures, and these are also incorporated into the disclosure content of the present application. However, prior art has shown that dosing the liquids to be filled or checking the transferred liquids is often difficult to achieve. The present invention is therefore based on the objective of providing such a device for transferring liquids, which also enables verification of the transferred volumes and improved handling of such measuring devices. These objectives are achieved according to the invention by the subject matter of the independent claims. Advantageous embodiments and further developments are the subject of the dependent claims. An inventive device for filling tanks, for example from a canister, comprises a first adapter assembly which is suitable and intended for at least temporary attachment to the canister and which includes a feed device through which a flowable medium can be directed from the canister into the tank. Furthermore, the device has a cleaning agent connection for supplying a cleaning fluid to at least one component of the device. However, permanent attachment to the canister would also be conceivable. According to the invention, the device has a further receiving container for temporarily receiving the flowable medium to be filled into the tank, and preferably also a cleaning device for cleaning this receiving container, wherein preferably this cleaning device has at least one rinsing agent channel that allows cleaning fluid to flow from the rinsing agent connection to the receiving container. Preferably, the device also has a second adapter device suitable for at least temporary (but possibly also permanent) and indirect attachment to the tank and/or the receiving container. Therefore, within the scope of the present invention, an additional receiving container is proposed which—as mentioned above—serves in particular for the temporary holding of the liquid to be dispensed. This receiving container can also enable the measurement of the liquid being transferred. Advantageously, the device has a filling opening equipped with a valve, through which the product can be filled. The applicant reserves the right to also claim protection for a device that comprises only the aforementioned receiving container, i.e., not necessarily a cleaning device for cleaning the receiving container or a ventilation device for venting or aerating the receiving container. In a further advantageous embodiment, the device includes a tank adapter for attachment to a tank. Advantageously, the device includes a first coupling element. Particularly preferably, said tank adapter includes a tank mounting flange for attachment to the tank. In particular, in an open position, the device provides a fluid connection between a canister fastening means, in particular a canister fastening flange, and the tank fastening means, in particular a tank fastening flange, and in a closed position, it closes the fluid connection between the canister fastening flange and the tank fastening flange. By placing the flushing connection on the second adapter device, i.e., on the tank adapter, it is possible to flush the connection area between the tank adapter and the canister adapter both when the canister is completely empty and when only a portion is removed. Providing the rinsing port on the tank adapter also has the advantage of reducing the weight of the canister adapter. This, in turn, simplifies handling for the user, as they typically first screw the canister adapter onto the canister and then connect this unit of canister and adapter to the tank adapter. Within the scope of the invention, it is also conceivable that the canister adapter is an integral part of the canister. It is therefore advantageous if the canister adapter is designed to be as cost-effective as possible. In a further advantageous embodiment, the feed device is designed as a canister adapter, and this canister adapter prefe
