Claims (14)

  1. Positioning device (1) for a navigation system of a motor vehicle (3), comprising a machine-readable data carrier (35), wherein data from the data carrier (35) can be captured and processed by means of a translation device (36), such that by means of the positioning device (1) information characterized by the data of the data carrier (35) can be provided, wherein an adjustment device (37) of the positioning device (1), by means of which the data carrier (35) of the positioning device (1) can be adjusted between an initial position and at least one further position adjusted relative to the initial position, characterized in that, due to the respective position of the data carrier (35), additional information which goes beyond the information characterized by the data of the data carrier (35) of the positioning device (1) is provided by means of the positioning device (1).
  2. Positioning device (1) according Claim 1 characterized by the fact that the additional information is characterized by at least one further position of the data carrier (35).
  3. Positioning device (1) according Claim 1 or 2 , characterized in that the adjusting device (37) has a pivoting unit (38) by means of which the data carrier (35) can be pivoted about a pivoting axis (39).
  4. Positioning device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adjustment device (37) has a translation unit (40) by means of which the data carrier (35) can be moved translationally along a translation axis (41).
  5. Positioning device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adjusting device (37) is formed by a movement means (43) of an adjustable infrastructure element (42) which is adjustable between an open position in which the adjustable infrastructure element (42) allows passage thereto and a closed position in which the infrastructure element (42) blocks passage thereto.
  6. Positioning device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by a support surface (50) on which the data carrier (35) is arranged or can be arranged, wherein the support surface (50) is formed by at least a partial area of a surface of an infrastructure element (42).
  7. Positioning device (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the data carrier (35) can be adjusted into a detection position by means of the adjusting device (37) in which the data carrier (35) is aligned with the translation device (36).
  8. Positioning device (1) according Claim 7 , characterized in that the data carrier (35) can be adjusted multiple times into the capture position by means of the adjusting device (37) while the translation device (36) moves past the data carrier (35).
  9. Infrastructure device (2) with a positioning device (1) for a navigation system of a motor vehicle (3), with a machine-readable data carrier (35), wherein data of the data carrier (35) can be captured and processed by means of a translation device (36), so that information characterized by the data of the data carrier (35) can be provided by means of the positioning device (1), characterized by an adjustment device (37) of the positioning device (1), by means of which the data carrier (35) of the positioning device (1) can be adjusted between an initial position in which the information characterized by the data of the data carrier (35) is provided, and at least one further position in which additional information, which goes beyond the information characterized by the data of the data carrier (35) of the positioning device (1), is provided by means of the positioning device (1).
  10. Infrastructure facility according to Claim 9 , characterized by a roadway network (46) onto which the data carrier (35) can be aligned by means of the adjustment device (37).
  11. Infrastructure facility (2) according to Claim 9 or 10 , characterized by a parking space (6) to which the data carrier (35) of the positioning device (1) is assigned.
  12. Infrastructure facility (2) according to Claim 11 characterized by the fact that the additional information includes parking information.
  13. Infrastructure facility (2) according to Claim 11 or 12 , characterized in that the data carrier (35) of the positioning device (1) is assigned to a transfer point (49) at which the motor vehicle (3) can be switched between a driving mode and a parking mode, wherein the driving mode and the parking mode are each at least semi-automatic, in particular highly automatic, fully automatic or autonomous.
  14. Method for navigating a motor vehicle (3) comprising the steps of: - providing a positioning device (1) with at least one machine-readable data carrier (35); - capturing and further processing data from the data carrier (35) by means of a translation device (36); - Providing information by means of the positioning device (1), wherein the information is characterized by the data of the data carrier (35); and - Adjusting the data carrier (35) by means of an adjustment device (37) between an initial position and at least one further position adjusted relative to the initial position; characterized by the step: - Providing additional information dependent on the respective position of the data carrier (35), which goes beyond the information characterized by the data of the data carrier (35) of the positioning device (1), by means of the positioning device (1).

Description

According to claim 1, the invention relates to a positioning device for a navigation system of a motor vehicle, according to claim 9, to an infrastructure facility with a positioning device, and according to claim 14, to a method for navigating a motor vehicle. Today, there is a need to provide a wide range of information to a motor vehicle and/or its user, especially the driver. This is particularly true when the motor vehicle is highly automated, fully automated, or autonomously powered or propelled. In such cases, the driver of such a vehicle is permitted to relinquish control of the vehicle, at least temporarily and/or in certain traffic situations, while the highly automated, fully automated, or autonomous vehicle performs the driving task itself – that is, without any intervention from the human user or driver. The machine-readable marking is detected by means of sensors, and information for navigation on the traffic surface or information about the condition of the traffic surface is conveyed in coded form. Furthermore, the DE 10 2015 010 514 B4 A method for determining map information for a map dataset of a navigation environment, whereby objects (such as walls, columns, doors, signs, etc.) are assigned a three-dimensional position. Furthermore, semantic information can be assigned to the respective objects, describing their meaning and/or purpose. The DE 10 2014 002 150 B3 discloses a method for determining the absolute position of a mobile unit. Particularly in connection with an automatic parking system, it is necessary that the vehicle's current position relative to its parking environment is known to the vehicle's navigation system. As described earlier, with an automatic parking system, the driver or user can be relieved of driving tasks related to the system, meaning the vehicle's position is not determined by the driver or user. Instead, a highly accurate map of the parking environment exists, which is stored, for example, in the vehicle's navigation system. Furthermore, the parking environment includes at least one positioning device, which contains a machine-readable data carrier or a multitude of machine-readable data carriers. Each of these data carriers has a unique identifier that can be detected and read by a sensor in the vehicle (for example, a camera sensor, a laser sensor, a lidar sensor, an ultrasonic sensor, etc.). Furthermore, the high-precision map includes the position of each marker or data carrier, allowing the vehicle's sensors (which may include at least one processing unit) to detect the data carriers. This enables the vehicle's own position to be determined relative to its surroundings, particularly through the processing unit. Particularly precise position determination is achieved when the vehicle's sensors simultaneously detect and/or read more than one data carrier. The need to equip the parking environment, or more generally the traffic environment of motor vehicles, with positioning devices or numerous data carriers clashes with the need for particularly space-efficient infrastructure design, especially for parking facilities, creating a conflict of objectives. Currently, the data carriers are particularly large and inflexible, mounted on a support structure (plastic, wood, etc.) within the traffic environment of the motor vehicle. Especially after retrofitting existing parking facilities or parking garages, the data carriers, along with their respective support structures, may protrude in a disadvantageous manner into a driving lane and/or a parking space intended for the motor vehicle. Furthermore, the information that can be conveyed via the marker or data carrier is currently limited to the identifier. The object of the present invention is to provide a particularly efficient and safe navigation system for a motor vehicle in its traffic environment. This problem is solved by a positioning device with the features specified in claim 1, by an infrastructure device with the features specified in claim 9, and by a method comprising the steps specified in claim 14.
