Description
The invention relates to a device for maintaining the belt tension of a belt material for a cleaning device, a cleaning device, a robot with a cleaning device and a processing station with a cleaning device. To apply a material, such as a gasket, to a component surface, the surface often needs to be cleaned beforehand. This cleaning is preferably carried out using an automated process with a belt material, such as a cleaning fleece. The belt material must therefore maintain a specific tension during the cleaning process. Furthermore, it must be able to compensate for component irregularities. This is often achieved through a complex mechanical system. From the DE 42 04 550 A1 A generic device for controlling the tension of a moving web of material is known. It is provided that a material, such as paper, plastic, or metal foil, is supplied from a feed roll and fed to the device for processing. By guiding the material over stationary and movable rollers, the movement of the rollers is intended to counteract any sudden drop in tension. A similar device is known from… US 5 050 812 A known. The invention is therefore based on the objective of providing a device for maintaining the strip tension of a strip material, which enables the maintenance of a specific strip tension as well as tolerance compensation through a simple design. The invention is further based on the objective of providing a cleaning device, a robot with such a cleaning device, and a processing station with such a cleaning device. According to the invention, this problem is solved with regard to the device for maintaining the belt tension of a belt material by the subject matter of claim 1. With regard to the cleaning device, the robot and the processing station, the aforementioned problem is solved in each case by the subject matter of claim 12 (cleaning device) and claims 19 (robot) or 20 (processing station). Specifically, the problem is solved by a device for maintaining the belt tension of a belt material, in particular a cleaning fleece, for a cleaning device, comprising at least one carrier unit and a guide unit arranged on the carrier unit. The carrier unit includes at least one first and one second stationary deflection element, and the guide unit includes at least one first and one second movable deflection element, which are movable relative to the carrier unit along a longitudinal axis. The second movable deflection element and the first stationary deflection element are arranged at a distance A from each other. The first movable deflection element and the second stationary deflection element are arranged at a distance B from each other. The guide unit is movably arranged on the carrier unit such that the distances A and B can be changed by the same amount by moving the guide unit along the longitudinal axis. The invention has several advantages. By arranging the first and second fixed deflection elements on the carrier unit and the first and second movable deflection elements on the guide unit, which is movable relative to the carrier unit along a longitudinal axis, it is possible to maintain a specific, and in particular constant, strip tension of the strip material guided through the device. Since the guide unit is movably arranged on the carrier unit such that the distances A and B can be changed by the same amount by moving the guide unit along the longitudinal axis, the strip length guided through the device during operation remains constant. Maintaining a constant strip length advantageously results in the maintenance of a constant strip tension. In the context of this invention, distance A describes the distance parallel to the longitudinal axis that forms between two imaginary lines perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. With respect to distance A, one imaginary line passes through the center point of the second movable deflecting element, and the other passes through the center point of the first stationary deflecting element. Distance B is defined in an equivalent manner. The device according to the invention further enables the compensation of component irregularities by arranging the first movable deflection element on the guide unit. Since the first movable roller, which is preferably brought into contact with the component surface for cleaning, is movable along the longitudinal axis perpendicular to the component surface, component irregularities can be easily compensated for. Furthermore, it is possible to compensate not only for component tolerances but also for positional tolerances and To compensate for geometric changes that result, for example, from the guidance of the device along a component. The invention further has the advantage that the belt tension during conveying of the belt material is preferably maintained at a constant level solely by the arrangement of the deflecting means according to the invention. The use of additional belt tensioners or a complex mechanism to maintain a constant belt tension is
