Description

Technical field The present invention relates to the field of burners, in particular a vortex amplifier burner. State of the art Gas burners are among the most common heating appliances, typically found on gas stoves, ovens, and other devices. One example of an existing gas burner is the one described in the American publication with the number... US 2022/0 221 147 A1 The described BURNER OF GAS STOVE uses an inlet pipe to direct gas into a circular gas channel, and then gas is expelled from each outlet of the circular gas channel, and the expelled gas is ignited to produce a flame. The disadvantages of the above structure are: The gas pressure at the outlet near the inlet pipe is high and the velocity of the expelled gas is fast, resulting in a large flame produced by combustion, while the gas pressure at the outlet far from the inlet pipe is low and the velocity of the expelled gas is slow, resulting in a small flame produced by combustion, leading to poor flame uniformity. Another example is the burner device, which is registered under the German disclosure number DE 20 34 351 A The burner body is exposed, comprising a vortex flow channel and a gas outlet channel, the vortex flow channel comprising a gas channel inlet and a gas channel outlet, and the vortex flow channel being truncated at the gas channel outlet so that the airflow enters the gas channel inlet and flows to the gas channel outlet. Furthermore, the vortex flow channel is connected to a large number of gas outlet channels, each of the gas outlet channels being arranged in an array along the extension direction of the vortex flow channel, thereby forming an annular gas outlet region. Although a vortex flame is achieved with this structure, the gas outlet channels tend to become clogged. Content of the present invention In view of the disadvantages of the prior art, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a vortex booster burner which uses a gradually tapered vortex flow channel to reduce the pressure difference between the vortex flow channel from the beginning of the gas channel to the end of the gas channel, so that a more uniform gas is emitted to improve the uniformity of combustion in the circumferential direction of the flame. To fulfill the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: A vortex booster burner comprising a burner body, the burner body being provided with a vortex flow channel and gas outlet channels; the vortex flow channel being provided with a gas channel inlet and a gas channel outlet, the gas channel outlet being cut off so that the airflow entering the vortex flow channel via the gas channel inlet is cut off at the gas channel outlet and does not enter the gas channel inlet, and the cross-sectional shape of the vortex flow channel having a tendency to gradually decrease from the gas channel inlet to the gas channel outlet; and there being a plurality of gas outlet channels, each of the gas outlet channels being arranged in an arrangement along the extension direction of the vortex flow channel so that an annular gas outlet region is formed, and each gas outlet channel being connected to the vortex flow channel. Furthermore, the annular gas outlet area is located in the vortex center of the vortex flow channel, and the annular gas outlet area tends to gradually narrow from bottom to top. Furthermore, each gas outlet channel is formed in a helical extension along the inclined direction of the annular gas outlet region, such that a gas outlet of each gas outlet channel is located at an upper opening of the annular gas outlet region. Furthermore, the cross-sectional shape of each gas outlet channel tends to gradually decrease from the gas inlet to the gas outlet of the gas outlet channel; and/or the cross-sectional shape of the vortex flow channel tends to gradually narrow from its lower end to its upper end. Furthermore, the angle between the axis of the expansion direction of each of the gas outlet channels and the vortex axis of the vortex flow channel is an acute angle. Furthermore, the gas outlet of each gas outlet channel is arranged in a circular or spiral pattern on an inner wall of the upper opening of the annular gas outlet area arranged; and the burner body comprises a helical mantle part, the helical mantle part being provided on an inner circumference with an air avoidance chamber, the annular gas outlet area being formed by being arranged in a continuous manner along an edge of the upper opening of the air avoidance chamber; and the burner body is provided with an upwardly directed and tapered protective section arranged above the annular gas outlet area, the upper end of the protective section being closed to form a flame outlet. Furthermore, the vortex amplifier burner comprises a flame collecting hood arranged at an upper end of the annular gas outlet area; wherein an inner circumference of the flame collecting hood is cylindrical or the inner circumferenc
