Claims (8)

  1. Motor vehicle (10) with an electric drive and with a front body structure (12); a tub-like receiving container (14), in particular a frunk tub, arranged in the front body structure (12), in particular in the lateral direction (Y) of the motor vehicle (10) between the front wheel arches (16), with a receiving container lid (24) movable relative to the receiving container (14), which is configured to open or cover a container interior (26); at least one functional insert (30) that can be received or received in the container interior (26) of the receiving container (14) and in particular can be attached or fastened there, characterized in that the functional insert (30) is an electric food heating device (30h), in particular an oven, which can only be transported within the receiving container (14) and can only be connected and operated outside the receiving container (14) on an electric power source (34, 34a, 40).

Motor vehicle (10) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the food heating device (30h) can be connected wirelessly or via a wired connection, in particular via its electrical connection (34) to the battery storage unit (40), to an infotainment system (38) of the motor vehicle and/or to a mobile device and can be controlled by means of the infotainment system (38) and/or the mobile device.
  6. motor vehicle (10) according Claim 5 , characterized in that the infotainment system (38) and/or a control unit (50) of the motor vehicle (10) is configured to issue an optical and/or acoustic warning message in the infotainment system (38) and/or at the food heating device (30h) when a charge state of the battery storage unit (40) reaches a predetermined limit.

Motor vehicle (10) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the food heating device (30h) is dimensioned such that it substantially fills the entire internal volume of the receiving container (14) or that the food heating device (30h) is dimensioned such that it fills a part of the internal volume of the receiving container (30h), in particular about 30% to 80% of the internal volume.

Description

The invention relates to a motor vehicle with an electric drive and a front body structure; a tub-like receiving container, in particular a frunk tub, arranged in the front body structure, in particular in the width direction of the motor vehicle between the front wheel arches, with a receiving container lid movable relative to the receiving container, which is configured to release or cover a container interior; and with at least one functional insert that can be received or received in the container interior of the receiving container and in particular can be attached or fastened there. Such motor vehicles with receiving containers are, for example, from the DE 10 2021 124 192 A1 , CN 219 557 036 U and KR 10 2009 0 018 367 A known. The object underlying the invention is seen as being to provide an improved use of the receiving container located in the front body area, in particular the frunk tub, in an electrically powered motor vehicle. This problem is solved by a motor vehicle with the features of the independent patent claim. Advantageous embodiments with appropriate further developments are specified in the dependent patent claims. The proposed design is a motor vehicle with an electric drive and a front body structure; a tub-like receiving container, in particular a frunk tub, arranged in the front body structure, particularly in the width direction of the motor vehicle between the front wheel arches; a receiving container lid movable relative to the receiving container and designed to open or cover the interior of the container; and at least one functional insert that can be received or received in the interior of the receiving container and, in particular, can be attached or secured there. The functional insert is designed as an electric food heating device, in particular an oven, which can only be transported within the receiving container and can only be connected to and operated from an electrical power source outside the receiving container. This makes it possible, if necessary, to carry a food heating device in a space prepared or provided for this purpose in the receiving container, and to remove it from the receiving container, for example during a break in the journey, set it up in a suitable position and operate it in order to heat or bake a food such as bread, pizza, sandwich or the like. In a motor vehicle, the food warmer can be electrically connected to a battery storage unit, particularly a high-voltage battery, as a power source. This allows the food warmer to be operated even in remote locations reached by the vehicle. It should be noted that the food warmer does not necessarily have to be, or even will be, operated at the same voltage as the high-voltage battery. Rather, the food warmer can be operated at a lower voltage. The food warmer in a motor vehicle can be electrically connected to a power source independent of the vehicle, in particular to a wall socket in a building's electrical system or to a photovoltaic panel carried in the vehicle. This makes it possible to operate the food warmer independently of the vehicle. For example, it can be used and operated at a rest stop, campsite, or holiday home. It is also possible to use the food warmer in the vehicle owner's home kitchen. The food heating device can be made of heat-resistant materials, in particular stainless steel and/or stone. Specifically, the food heating device can be designed as a pizza oven with a stainless steel housing and a stone plate inside, on which a pizza can be baked. Appropriate electric heating elements are also arranged within such a stainless steel housing to heat the oven interior or the stone plate. In a motor vehicle, the food heating device can be connected wirelessly or via a wired connection, in particular through its electrical connection to the battery storage unit, to the vehicle's infotainment system and/or a mobile device, and can be controlled by the infotainment system and/or the mobile device. The mobile device can be, for example, a smartphone or a tablet computer. In this context, the infotainment system and/or a control unit of the motor vehicle may be configured to display a visual and/or audible warning message in the The infotainment system and/or the food heating unit will display a warning when the battery charge level reaches a predetermined limit. This warning can also be displayed on a mobile device. This helps ensure that the vehicle's high-voltage battery is not excessively discharged.
