Description
The invention relates to an axle component, in particular an axle drive device, for a motor vehicle. The DE 10 2004 056 841 A1 It can be deduced that an all-wheel drive system is known. The object of the present invention is to create a particularly advantageous axle component for a motor vehicle. This problem is solved by an axle component having the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments with expedient further developments of the invention are specified in the remaining claims. The invention relates to an axle component, for example, designed as an axle drive unit, for a motor vehicle, also referred to simply as a vehicle. This means that the motor vehicle, preferably designed as a car, in particular as a passenger car, in its fully manufactured state, has the axle component, for example, designed as an axle drive unit. For example, the motor vehicle can be driven by means of the axle component, particularly when the axle component is designed as the aforementioned axle drive unit. Furthermore, it is conceivable that the axle component is an axle transmission, a differential transmission, or a chassis component such as an axle carrier. The axle component has at least one friction disc brake unit integrated into the axle component, which is also referred to simply as a brake unit, brake, disc brake unit, disc brake, friction brake unit, or friction brake. The friction disc brake unit is arranged coaxially to an output shaft of the axle component. The friction disc brake unit is arranged in an interior space of the axle component, the interior space being surrounded by a housing of the axle component. Thus, the interior space is bounded by the housing assembly, in particular by an inner circumferential surface of the housing assembly, and especially directly bounded. The housing assembly, that is, at least a portion of the housing assembly, is penetrated by the output shaft. The output shaft is rotatable about an output shaft axis of rotation relative to the housing assembly. The friction disc brake assembly, whose axial direction coincides with the output shaft axis of rotation, comprises a friction disc. The friction disc is, in particular, permanently and non-rotatably connected to the output shaft and is therefore rotatable with the output shaft about the output shaft axis of rotation relative to the housing assembly. The friction disc brake assembly can, for example, have at least one counter-rotating disc corresponding to the friction disc, which is, for example, in particular, permanently and non-rotatably connected to the housing assembly, so that the output shaft and, with the output shaft, the friction disc are rotatable about the output shaft axis of rotation relative to the housing assembly and relative to the counter-rotating disc. For example, the friction disc of the friction disc brake assembly, whose radial direction is perpendicular to the axial direction of the friction disc brake assembly and thus perpendicular to the output shaft's axis of rotation, has a first friction surface such that the first friction surface is rotatable about the output shaft's axis of rotation relative to the housing assembly and relative to the counter-rotating disc. The output shaft's axis of rotation is also simply referred to as the axis of rotation. Where the axial direction is mentioned before and below, this refers, unless otherwise specified, to the axial direction of the friction disc brake assembly. Where the radial direction is mentioned before and below, this refers, unless otherwise specified, to the radial direction of the friction disc brake assembly. "Axial" means the axial direction, and "radial" means the radial direction. For example, the counter-rotating disc has a second friction surface. For example, the friction disc is axially displaceable relative to the housing assembly and also relative to the counter-rotating disc, in particular such that the friction disc can be axially slid towards the counter-rotating disc. This allows, for example, the first friction surface to be axially slid towards the second friction surface, thereby bringing the friction surfaces into direct, friction-fit, mutual contact. This allows, for example, the output shaft and, in particular, at least one wheel of the motor vehicle to be braked, i.e., slowed down, especially for rotation around the axis of rotation and relative to the housing assembly, thus braking the motor vehicle as a whole. Thus, the friction surfaces are axially oriented towards each other. In particular, the friction disc can be actuated by, in particular, hydraulic actuation of the braking device and thereby moved axially towards the counter-rotating disc, thereby bringing the friction surfaces into mutual, in particular direct, friction-fit contact. This allows the friction disc to be braked, i.e., slowed down and thus at least decelerated, during rotation around the axis of rotation and relative to the housing assembly, so that the out
