Description
The invention relates to a method and a device for providing feedback for the operation of an operating point of a mechatronically moved part, in particular on a motor vehicle, wherein the moved part is, for example, a body flap. It is known, for example, to operate an electrically driven tailgate of a passenger vehicle using a control element in the form of a switch or button. After pressing the button, which is located on the inside of the tailgate, the tailgate closes electrically. It is also known to use the button to save a maximum opening position of the tailgate, so that the tailgate will only open to this position the next time it is opened. This prevents the tailgate from hitting an obstacle, such as in a parking space, when opening. This is particularly advantageous for vehicles with a hatchback or sloping rear, such as station wagons, SUVs, compact cars, etc., since their tailgates pivot upwards around an axis located in the area of the vehicle roof and can therefore swing open far above the roofline, which can lead to damage to the tailgate in parking spaces with limited height. To save the desired maximum opening position, the button is held down for a longer period, for example, three seconds. After a period of, for example, three seconds, the operator receives an acoustic signal as confirmation that the desired maximum opening position has been successfully saved. A speaker is provided for this purpose in the area of the tailgate. It is also known to equip the corresponding button with a vibration actuator to provide haptic feedback through vibration of the button. Both the known acoustic feedback and the known haptic feedback require appropriate devices for the acoustic signal, in particular a loudspeaker, or the vibration, in particular the vibration drive. The DE 10 2023 207 375 A1 This relates to a door or flap drive for a motor vehicle, where the influence of environmental factors is to be reliably distinguished from the presence of an operator command in order to prevent false activation of the door or flap drive. A switching device is provided for the pressure actuation of a front panel arranged on the flap. The front panel can output micro-movements as feedback to a user. Furthermore, the WO 2024 / 115 343 A1 A method for operating an input device of a motor vehicle, in particular a door handle, comprising an inductive sensor with a movable control element and an actuator operatively connected to the control element. In a first operating mode, movement of the control element is detected by means of the inductive sensor, and subsequently, depending on this, the control element is moved by means of the actuator. Furthermore, the DE 10 2023 210 902 A1 a method for operating a setting device for detecting a driving request for a motor vehicle, with an actuating element that can be operated by a driver of the motor vehicle, wherein the actuating element is assigned at least one controllable actuator for generating haptic feedback to the driver. The object of the present invention is to provide a method and a device for providing feedback for the operation of an operating point of a mechatronically moved part, wherein the feedback is simplified and can be implemented more cost-effectively. This problem is solved by a method comprising the combination of features of claim 1. Furthermore, this problem is solved by a device comprising the combination of features of claim 10. Advantageous embodiments are specified in the dependent claims. The inventive method for providing, in particular, haptic feedback for operation at an operating point of a mechatronically movable part that is movable by an actuator comprises the steps - Operation of the operating station by an operator, and - Confirming successful operation by means of a micro-movement of the mechatronically movable part using the actuator, which is already present. The step of confirming can also be described as giving feedback. A micro-movement is a small or very small movement of the movable part. The small movement is advantageously at least large enough for the operator to perceive it. Perception means that... The operator can see and/or feel the small movement. If necessary, the operator can also perceive the small movement audibly. On the other hand, the movement is advantageously not significantly larger than required for perception by the operator. A micro-movement can be a movement of the moving part that is no larger than a few millimeters and is at most, for example, 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm, or 10 mm. Such a micro-movement advantageously requires less energy and is completed more quickly. Furthermore, for a micro-movement, it is not necessary to check whether there are obstacles in a macro-movement range, i.e., a significantly larger range of motion, of the moving part. According to the invention, the small movement or micro-movement is performed by the actuator, which is already present to change t
