Description
Technical field The invention relates to a hand tool, in particular a ratchet screwdriver. State of the art A screwdriver is a tool used to turn screws. Screwdrivers come in various shapes to fit different screws. Common shapes include slotted, Phillips, hex, and star. The basic structure of a screwdriver consists of a blade inserted into a handle. The handle is turned by hand to drive the blade. Examples of such screwdrivers are described in Taiwanese patents I680841, M576090, and M524240. However, in actual use of the aforementioned screwdriver, the hand must constantly change the grip position to continuously rotate the blade in a specific direction, which makes operation impractical and inconvenient in a confined space. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a novel and advanced ratchet screwdriver to solve the aforementioned problems. Object of the invention The object of the invention is to provide a ratchet screwdriver wherein the ratchet mechanism allows forward and backward rotation by a small angle for loosening and tightening without changing the hand position, which is not only suitable for use in confined spaces but also effectively increases work efficiency. This objective is achieved by the ratchet screwdriver of the invention, which comprises: a handle unit containing a handle part and a base connected to each other; a drive rod rotatably arranged on the base and defining an axial direction, a radial direction, and a circumferential direction; a rotating element mounted on the base in the axial direction and capable of rotating about the drive rod, wherein a first positioning hole, two second positioning holes, and two pressure sections are spaced apart along the circumferential direction on the inner surface facing the drive rod, the first positioning hole being located between the two second positioning holes; a positioning assembly arranged on the drive rod comprising an elastic body and a positioning element, the elastic body being located between the drive rod and the positioning element so that the positioning element can engage in one of the first positioning holes and the two second positioning holes along the radial direction; and a ratchet mechanism comprising a ratchet ring and two locking units, wherein the ratchet ring is arranged on the inner surface of the base, wherein the two locking units are located on two opposite sides of the drive rod and can selectively engage with the ratchet ring, wherein each locking unit comprises a drive element, a pawl, a spring and a retainer, wherein the drive element and the pawl are integrally connected, wherein the pawl is located on the inside of the ratchet ring, wherein the drive element projects from the ratchet ring and is located on the inside of the rotating element, wherein part of the drive element is located on the path of movement of the pressure section, wherein the pawl, the spring and the retainer are arranged in a straight line perpendicular to the axial direction, wherein several teeth are provided on the side of the pawl facing away from the retainer, wherein the spring is arranged between the pawl and the retainer such that the several teeth tend to engage with the ratchet ring in the normal state, and wherein the retainer slidably rests against the ratchet ring. wherein, when the rotating element is turned so that the positioning element engages in the first positioning hole, the two pressure sections do not press against the drive elements of the two locking units and the two pawls of the two locking units engage simultaneously in the ratchet ring, the handle unit and the drive rod being turned in two directions simultaneously; and when the rotating element is turned so that the positioning element engages in one of the two second positioning holes, a pressure section presses against a drive element along the circumferential direction in the direction of the holder, thereby releasing the multiple teeth of the pawl from the ratchet ring, the drive rod and the handle unit rotating together in one direction and freewheeling in the opposite direction.
