Abstract
The present application provides a fuse clamp and a high-voltage connector and relates to the technical field of fuses, wherein the fuse clamp comprises: a first connecting section for connecting to a fuse; and a second connecting section arranged parallel or perpendicular to the direction of extension of the fuse on the first connecting section. The fuse clamp according to the present application is used to solve the problem of the poor usability of a high-voltage connector in confined spaces.

- A fuse terminal used for a socket of a high-voltage connector, characterized in that it comprises: a first connecting section for connecting to a fuse; and a second connecting section (222a) that is parallel or perpendicular to the direction of extension of the A fusible link is located at the first connection section.

- High-voltage connectors according to Claim 3 , characterized in that a locking section is arranged on the first end cover (230) and a snap-in section is arranged on the mounting seat (210), wherein the locking section and the snap-in section cooperate to fasten the first end cover (230) to the first opening.
- High-voltage connectors according to Claim 3 , characterized in that a shunt is integrated into the fuse (221) and the second plug-in arrangement (220) further comprises: a shunt terminal (223), wherein the shunt terminal (223) comprises a third connecting section (223a) and at least one extension arm (223b), wherein the third connecting section (223a) is connected to the extension arm (223b), the third connecting section (223a) is connected to the first fuse terminal (222) and the extension arm (223b) is located on the circumference of the fuse (221).
- High-voltage connectors according to Claim 5 , characterized in that the mounting seat (210) comprises a first outer shell (211) and a second outer shell (212), wherein the first outer shell (211) is in communication with the second outer shell (212) and an angle is enclosed between the first outer shell (211) and the second outer shell (212); and wherein the fuse (221) and the shunt terminal (223) are located in the first outer shell (211) and the shunt terminal (223) is located in the second outer shell (212).
- High-voltage connectors according to Claim 3 , characterized in that a chamber wall of the receiving chamber is covered with a bushing shielding element (250).
- High-voltage connectors according to Claim 3 , characterized in that the bushing (200) further comprises a sealing ring (240); and that a circumferential edge of the mounting seat (210) is provided with an extension section (213), wherein an annular groove (213a) is provided on a side of the extension section (213) facing away from the housing (110) to accommodate the sealing ring (240).
- High-voltage connectors according to Claim 3 , characterized in that it further comprises a connection arrangement (300); wherein the connection arrangement (300) comprises a locking element (310) and a locking fastening element (320), one of the locking element (310) and the locking fastening element (320) being arranged on the housing (110) and the other on the mounting seat (210); and wherein the locking element (310) is configured to be locked with the locking fastening element (320) when a plug connection is made between the housing (110) and the mounting seat (210).
- High-voltage connectors according to Claim 9 , characterized in that the connection arrangement (300) further comprises a stop element (330) and a second opening (311) is provided on one side of the locking element (310); wherein the stop element (330) is arranged to be inserted into the second opening (311) when a plug connection is made between the housing (110) and the mounting seat (210) and then rests against the locking fastening element (320).
- High-voltage connectors according to one of the Claims 3 , characterized in that the first plug-in insert arrangement (120) comprises: a connection seat (121) wherein several connection projections (121a) are arranged on the connection seat (121); a plug shielding element (122) wherein the plug shielding element (122) is placed on the outside of the connection seat (121); second fuse terminals (123) wherein the second fuse terminals (123) are connected within the connection projections (121a); and wherein the second fuse terminals (123) are electrically connected to the fuse (221) during the plug connection between the housing (110) and the mounting seat (210).
- High-voltage connectors according to Claim 11 , characterized in that the plug (100) further comprises a cable connection (130), wherein the cable connection (130) is connected to an end of the housing (110) facing away from the mounting seat (210) and a cable sealing ring (131) is arranged in the cable connection (130); wherein a second end cover (132) for securing a cable is placed on an opening of the cable connection (130); wherein a wire guide opening is provided on the plug shielding element (122) to guide the cable through and connect it to the second fuse terminals (123), and wherein a shielding ring (140) is arranged between the wire guide opening and the cable.
Description
Technical field The present application relates to the technical field of fuses, in particular a fuse terminal and a high-voltage connector. State of the art High-voltage connectors are electrical connectors used to connect high-voltage circuits, typically used in applications where high voltage or high power needs to be transmitted, such as in electric vehicles, power transmission systems, industrial plants, and aerospace. The high-voltage connector comprises a protective housing, a fuse and a fuse terminal, wherein the fuse and the fuse terminal are arranged in the protective housing and are connected to each other to protect the high-voltage circuit. However, the assembly and use of the aforementioned high-voltage connectors in confined spaces is relatively impractical. Content of the invention In view of this, the embodiments of the present application provide a fuse terminal and a high-voltage connector to solve the problem of the poor usability of a high-voltage connector in confined spaces. To solve the aforementioned problem, the following technical solution is used in the fuse terminal and the high-voltage connector according to an embodiment of the present application. In one aspect, the present application provides a fuse terminal that includes: a first connecting section, which serves to connect to a fuse; and a second connecting section that is arranged parallel or perpendicular to the direction of extension of the fuse on the first connecting section. In one possible implementation, the first connecting section includes a connecting sleeve, with the connecting sleeve being placed on the outside of the fuse. In another aspect, the present application also provides a high-voltage connector which includes: a plug, wherein the plug comprises a housing and a first insert assembly, and wherein the first insert assembly is connected inside the housing; and a socket, wherein the socket comprises a mounting seat, a second plug-in assembly and two first end caps, wherein the mounting seat has a receiving chamber and the second plug-in assembly comprises a fuse and a first fuse terminal, wherein the fuse and the first fuse terminal are connected within the receiving chamber, wherein a first opening communicating with the receiving chamber is provided on each side of the mounting seat, wherein the first end cap is detachably mounted on the first opening to seal the first opening accordingly, wherein the first fuse terminal is a fuse terminal according to one of the implementations; and wherein the housing is plug-in connected to the mounting seat in order to electrically connect the first plug-in insert assembly to the fuse. In one possible implementation, a locking section is provided on the first end cap and a snap-in section is provided on the mounting seat, with the locking section and the snap-in section interacting to secure the first end cap to the first opening. One possible implementation envisages integrating a shunt into the fuse and further comprising the second plug-in insert arrangement: a first fuse terminal that is mounted on the outside of the fuse; a shunt terminal, wherein the shunt terminal comprises a third connecting section and at least one extension arm, wherein the third connecting section is connected to the extension arm, the third connecting section is connected to the first fuse terminal and the extension arm is located on the circumference of the fuse. In one possible implementation, the mounting seat is provided for to comprise a first outer shell and a second outer shell, wherein the first outer shell is in communication with the second outer shell and an angle is enclosed between the first outer shell and the second outer shell; and wherein the fuse and the shunt terminal are located in the first outer shell and the shunt terminal is located in the second outer shell. One possible implementation involves covering one chamber wall of the receiving chamber with a socket shielding element. In one possible implementation, the bushing is provided for to further include a sealing ring; and that a circumferential edge of the mounting seat is provided with an extension section, wherein an annular groove is provided on a side of the extension section facing away from the housing in order to accommodate the sealing ring. In one possible implementation, the high-voltage connector further includes a connection arrangement; wherein the connection arrangement comprises a locking element and a locking fastening element, one of the locking element and the locking fastening element being arranged on the housing and the other on the mounting seat; and wherein the locking element is designed to lock into the locking fastening element when there is a plug connection between the housing and the mounting seat.
