Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of electrical devices and concerns a connector device comprising a socket assembly and a plug assembly. The socket assembly comprises a socket shell, a terminal assembly, and a complete shield, the complete shield being arranged around the terminal assembly. The plug assembly comprises a plug housing and plug terminals. When the plug housing is connected to the socket shell, the complete shield is arranged to at least partially surround the plug terminals. The terminal assembly includes a fuse and a branch terminal, the fuse and branch terminal each serving for electrical connection to the plug terminals. By providing the complete shield and combining the fuse and branch terminal in the connector device in the present embodiments, not only is the protective function of the connector device with respect to signal shielding achieved, but the level of integration of the connector device is also increased. This results in a more compact overall structure and improved performance in use.

Claims (13)

  1. A connector device characterized in that it comprises: a socket arrangement comprising a socket shell, a terminal assembly, and a complete shield, wherein the terminal assembly is arranged in the socket shell and the complete shield is arranged around the terminal assembly; and a plug arrangement comprising a plug housing and plug terminals, wherein the plug terminals are arranged in the plug housing and the plug housing is detachably connected to the socket shell, wherein the complete shield is arranged such that it at least partially surrounds the plug terminals when the plug housing is connected to the socket shell, wherein the terminal assembly comprises a fuse and a branch terminal, and wherein the fuse and the branch terminal each serve for electrical connection with the plug terminals.

Connector device according to Claim 1 , characterized in that the terminal assembly further comprises a connection terminal, wherein the fuse is arranged in the socket shell and serves to establish an electrical connection with a first loop of the plug terminal, wherein the branch terminal is arranged in the socket shell and serves to establish an electrical connection with a second loop of the plug terminal, and wherein the connection terminal is arranged in the socket shell, is connected to the fuse and serves to establish a connection with an external circuit.
  3. Connector device according to Claim 2 , characterized in that the socket shell further comprises a rear socket cover, wherein the rear socket cover is connected to the socket housing, and wherein the rear socket cover is located at an end further away from the front socket cover and is crimped to an end of the terminal further away from the fuse.
  4. Connector device according to Claim 1 , characterized in that the branch terminal comprises a connecting section and several branch sections, wherein the several branch sections are each connected to the connecting section; and/or that several fuses are provided, wherein the several fuses are arranged next to each other.
  5. Connector device according to Claim 1 , characterized in that the socket shell comprises a socket housing and a front socket cover, wherein the fuse is arranged in the socket housing, and wherein the front socket cover is detachably connected to the socket housing and thus encloses a space for receiving the fuse.

Connector device according to Claim 5 , characterized in that the bushing housing comprises a first connecting section, a second connecting section and an intermediate section, wherein the first connecting section and the second connecting section are each connected to the intermediate section, and wherein the central axes of the first connecting section and the second connecting section are either aligned in a straight line or are at an angle to each other; and/or that the complete shielding comprises a first shield and a second shield, wherein the first shield is located in the first connecting section and the second shield is located in the second connecting section, and wherein the first shield is connected to the second shield.
  7. Connector device according to one of the Claims 1 until 6 , characterized in that a locking projection is provided on an outer wall of the socket shell; and that the plug arrangement further comprises a plug locking device which is movably connected to the plug housing, wherein the plug locking device is engaged with the locking projection when the plug housing is connected to the socket shell.
  8. Connector device according to Claim 7 , characterized in that the socket shell is also provided with a positioning section, wherein the locking projection is arranged outside the positioning section; and that the plug housing is provided with a positioning groove, wherein the positioning section is used to be fitted into the positioning groove, and wherein the plug locking mechanism projects at least partially into the positioning groove.
  9. Connector device according to Claim 1 , characterized in that the connector housing comprises a connector shell, a connector end cap and a fastening element, wherein the connector end cap is detachably connected to the connector shell and thus encloses a space for receiving the fastening element, and wherein the fastening element serves for connecting an external cable; and in that the connector arrangement further comprises a connector shield, wherein the connector shield is arranged at least partially around the fastening element.

Connector device according to Claim 9 , characterized in that the connector arrangement further comprises a mounting sleeve, wherein the mounting element is at least partially inserted into the connector shielding, and wherein the mounting sleeve is snapped into the connector shielding and crimped onto the mounting element.
  11. Connector device according to Claim 1 , characterized in that the connector arrangement further comprises connector shielding rings, wherein the connector shielding rings are each placed on the connector housing and external cables are guided in the connector shielding rings.
  12. Connector device according to Claim 11 , characterized in that the connector shielding ring comprises a first shielding ring and a second shielding ring, wherein the first shielding ring is placed on the outside of the second shielding ring and the cable is guided in the second shielding ring.
  13. Connector device according to Claim 1 , characterized in that the connector assembly further comprises cable sealing rings, wherein the cable sealing rings are arranged in the connector housing and external cables are guided in the cable sealing rings; and/or that the connector assembly further comprises a connector sealing ring, wherein the connector sealing ring is connected to the connector housing, and wherein the connector sealing ring serves to provide a seal between the connector housing and the socket shell; and/or that the socket assembly further comprises a socket sealing ring, wherein the socket sealing ring is connected to the socket shell and the socket sealing ring is located on a side of the socket shell further away from the connector housing, and wherein the socket sealing ring serves to provide a seal between the socket shell and an external component.

Description

Technical field The present application relates to the technical field of electrical devices, in particular a connector device. State of the art Given the rapid development of information technologies, connectors, as indispensable components of electronic devices, play a crucial role in signal and power transmission. State-of-the-art connectors offer relatively limited functionality. In demanding environments, such as those with high voltages or strong interference, connectors typically require features like enhanced shielding and circuit protection. Consequently, existing connectors often encounter problems such as insufficient interference immunity and suboptimal circuit protection. Furthermore, their integration with connectors necessitates additional external circuitry, increasing the overall cost of the device. Therefore, it is necessary to make improvements regarding the aforementioned problems in order to change the current situation. Content of the invention The present application provides a connector device intended to solve the problems of prior art connectors which are limited in their functionality and exhibit limited performance when used in demanding environments. In a first aspect of the present application, a connector device is provided which comprises: a socket assembly comprising a socket shell, a terminal assembly and a complete shield, wherein the terminal assembly is arranged in the socket shell and the complete shield is arranged around the terminal assembly; and A connector assembly comprising a connector housing and connector terminals, wherein the connector terminals are arranged in the connector housing and the connector housing is detachably connected to the socket shell, wherein the complete shielding is arranged to at least partially surround the connector terminals when the connector housing is connected to the socket shell, wherein the terminal assembly comprises a fuse and a branch terminal, and wherein the fuse and the branch terminal each serve to provide an electrical connection to the connector terminals. In one possible implementation, the terminal assembly further comprises a connection terminal, wherein the fuse is arranged in the socket shell and serves to establish an electrical connection with a first loop of the plug terminal, wherein the branch terminal is arranged in the socket shell and serves to establish an electrical connection with a second loop of the plug terminal, and wherein the connection terminal is arranged in the socket shell, is connected to the fuse and serves to establish a connection with an external circuit. In one possible implementation, the socket shell further comprises a rear socket cover, wherein the rear socket cover is connected to the socket housing, and wherein the rear socket cover is located at an end further away from the front socket cover and is crimped to an end of the terminal further away from the fuse. In one possible implementation, the branch terminal is provided for to comprise a connecting section and several branch sections, with each of the several branch sections being connected to the connecting section; and/or that multiple fuses are provided, with the multiple fuses arranged next to each other. In one possible implementation, the socket shell is provided to comprise a socket housing and a front socket cover, wherein the fuse is arranged in the socket housing, and wherein the front socket cover is detachably connected to the socket housing and thus encloses a space for receiving the fuse. In one possible implementation, the socket housing comprises a first connecting section, a second connecting section, and an intermediate section, wherein the first connecting section and the second connecting section are each connected to the intermediate section, and wherein the central axes of the first connecting section and the second connecting section are either in a straight line. are aligned in a line or are at an angle to each other; and/or that the complete shielding comprises a first shield and a second shield, wherein the first shield is located in the first connecting section and the second shield is located in the second connecting section, and wherein the first shield is connected to the second shield. In one possible implementation, a locking projection is provided on an outer wall of the socket shell; and the plug assembly further comprises a plug locking mechanism that is movably connected to the plug housing, wherein the plug locking mechanism is snapped into the locking projection when the plug housing is connected to the socket shell. In one possible implementation, the socket shell is provided with a positioning section, wherein the locking projection is located outside the positioning section; and the connector housing is provided with a positioning groove, wherein the positioning section is used to be fitted into the positioning groove, and wherein the connector locking mechanism projects at least partially
