Abstract
An exchange unit is an exchange unit for use in a printing device for performing a printing operation with a viscous liquid on a target object using a screen mask and comprises at least one storage element exchange device, which includes a storage element placement section located on an upper section of a rack unit adjacent to a housing of the printing device and configured to place a storage element that receives the viscous liquid, and a storage element movement section configured to move the storage element between the storage element placement section and a storage element opening section of the printing device, and a cleaning element exchange device, which includes a cleaning element placement section located on the upper section of the rack unit adjacent to the housing of the printing device and configured to place a cleaning element configured to clean the screen mask, and a cleaning element movement section configured to move the cleaning element between the cleaning element placement section and a cleaning element opening section of the printing device.

Claims (11)
- An exchange unit for use in a printing device for performing a printing operation with a viscous liquid on a target object using a screen mask, wherein the exchange unit comprises at least one of the following elements: a storage element exchange device with a storage element placement section located on the upper part of a frame unit adjacent to a housing of the printing device and configured to place a storage element that receives the viscous liquid, and a storage element movement section configured to move the storage element between the storage element placement section and a storage element opening section of the printing device; and a cleaning element exchange device comprising a cleaning element placement section located on the upper part of the frame unit adjacent to the housing of the printing device and configured to place a cleaning element configured to clean the screen mask, and a cleaning element movement section configured to move the cleaning element between the cleaning element placement section and a cleaning element opening section of the printing device.
- The exchange unit according to Claim 1 , wherein the exchange unit comprises the storage element exchange device, and the storage element motion section comprises a storage element exchange arm configured to rotate between the storage element placement section and the storage element opening section in a state in which the storage element is received, and comprises a drive section configured to rotate the storage element exchange arm.
- The exchange unit according to Claim 1 or 2 , wherein the exchange unit comprises the storage element exchange device and a placement roller configured to move the storage element along a predetermined feed/return direction, located in the storage element placement section.
- The exchange unit according to Claim 1 or 2 , wherein the exchange unit is configured with a first unit located at a first end side of the housing of the printing device and a second unit located at a second end side of the housing, and in the storage element exchange device the storage element placement section comprises a first storage element placement section located on a first unit side and a second storage element placement section located on a second unit side, and the storage element movement section comprises a first storage element movement section located on the first unit side and a second storage element movement section located on the second unit side.
- The exchange unit according to Claim 1 , wherein the exchange unit comprises the cleaning element exchange device, and the cleaning element motion section comprises a cleaning element exchange arm configured to rotate while changing the position of the cleaning element between the cleaning element placement section and the cleaning element opening section in a state where the cleaning element is received, and comprises a drive section configured to rotate the cleaning element exchange arm.
- The exchange unit according to Claim 1 or 5 , wherein the exchange unit comprises the cleaning element exchange device and a placement roller configured to move the cleaning element along a predetermined feed/return direction is arranged in the cleaning element placement section.
- The exchange unit according to Claim 1 or 5 , wherein the frame unit is configured with a first unit arranged at a first end side of the housing of the printing device and a second unit arranged at a second end side of the housing, and in the cleaning element exchange device the cleaning element placement section comprises a first cleaning element placement section arranged on a first unit side and a second cleaning element placement section arranged on a second unit side, and the cleaning element movement section comprises a first cleaning element movement section arranged on the first unit side and a second cleaning element movement section, which is located on the second unit page.
- The exchange unit according to Claim 1 or 2 , wherein the storage element placement section is arranged above the cleaning element placement section.
- Printing device comprising: a printing section configured to perform a printing operation with a viscous liquid on a target object using a screen mask; and the exchange unit according to Claim 1 .
- The printing device according to Claim 9 , wherein the frame unit accommodates the screen mask and includes a mask exchange device configured to exchange the screen mask with a mask opening section of the printing device, and the printing device is provided with a storage element opening section located above the mask opening section and a cleaning element opening section located below the mask opening section.
- The printing device according to Claim 9 or 10 , wherein the rack unit is configured with a first unit located at a first end side of a housing of the printing device and a second unit located at a second end side of the housing, and the storage element and/or a cleaning element is located on a first side of the first unit and the second unit before use, and the storage element and/or the cleaning element is located on a second side of the first unit and the second unit after use.
Description
Technical field The present description discloses an exchange unit and a printing device. State of the art In related technology, for example in a printing device that performs a printing process with viscous liquids on a printing target such as a plate using a screen mask, a printing device is proposed in which the receiving frame that holds the screen mask is raised and lowered between an exchange position and a retractable position to automatically exchange the screen mask (see, for example, patent literature 1). In this printing device, the receiving frame is retracted into a space in the lower part of a housing as the retractable position, thereby achieving further miniaturization. Citation list Patent literature Patent literature 1: WO 2022/224430 Summary of the invention Technical task However, the automatic exchange of non-screen mask consumables, such as solder paste reservoirs, screen mask cleaning elements, or similar items, has not been sufficiently investigated in the printing device described above. If consumable exchange is delayed in the printing device, the efficiency of a printing operation can decrease. Furthermore, sufficient space must be provided within the printing device to accommodate consumables. Therefore, the challenge for this printing device lies in further improving both the efficiency of the work and space efficiency during consumable exchange. The present disclosure was prepared with this problem in mind and has as its main objective to provide an exchange unit and a printing device with which the work efficiency and space efficiency can be further improved when exchanging an element used in the printing device. Solution to the problem An exchange unit and a pressure device disclosed in the present description use the following means to achieve the main objective described above. An exchange unit of the present disclosure is an exchange unit for use in a printing device for carrying out a printing process with a viscous liquid on a target object using a screen mask and comprises at least one of the following devices: a storage element exchange device comprising a storage element placement section located and configured on the upper part of a rack unit adjacent to a housing of the printing device to place a storage element containing the viscous liquid, and a storage element movement section configured to move the storage element between the storage element placement section and a storage element opening section of the printing device; and a cleaning element exchange device comprising a cleaning element placement section located and configured on the upper part of the rack unit adjacent to the housing of the printing device to place a cleaning element configured to clean the screen mask, and a cleaning element movement section configured to move the cleaning element between the cleaning element placement section and a cleaning element opening section of the printing device. This exchange unit can position a storage element that holds viscous liquid next to a housing using a rack unit. Furthermore, the exchange unit can automatically replace the positioned storage element via a storage element movement section. Similarly, the exchange unit can position a cleaning element that cleans a screen mask next to a housing using a rack unit. Additionally, the exchange unit can automatically replace the positioned cleaning element via a cleaning element movement section. Therefore, this exchange unit further improves both labor and space efficiency when replacing an element for use in a printing device.
