Claims (15)
- A method for monitoring and/or controlling the manufacture of at least one chemical product, comprising: providing chemical product data relating to the manufacture and/or processing of the chemical product, providing a plurality of chemical product data templates specifying a structure associated with at least some of the chemical product data, selecting at least one chemical product data template by determining that at least one chemical product data template is associated with at least some of the chemical product data, generating contextualized chemical product data by combining at least some of the chemical product data and the at least one selected chemical product data template, providing the contextualized chemical product data to a data-driven model for generating environmental property data relating to an environmental property associated with the processing and/or manufacture of the chemical product, wherein the data-driven model is designed to provide the environmental property data in response to the provision of the contextualized chemical product data, providing the environmental property data for monitoring and/or control. the processing and/or manufacture of at least one chemical product.
- Procedure according to Claim 1 , where the chemical product data may be associated with: • one or more material flows associated with the processing and/or manufacture of the at least one chemical product, and/or • one or more manufacturing and/or processing conditions associated with the processing and/or manufacture of the at least one chemical product, • transport data indicating the transport of the at least one chemical product and/or material for the manufacture of the at least one chemical product.
- Procedure according to Claim 1 or 2 , wherein the chemical product data may relate to the manufacture and/or processing of two or more chemical products, wherein the manufacture and/or processing of two or more chemical products may differ in at least one of: • two or more material flows associated with the processing and/or manufacture of the two or more chemical products, • two or more manufacturing and/or processing conditions associated with the processing and/or manufacture of the two or more chemical products, • two or more transport data sets indicating a transport of the two or more chemical products and/or material for the manufacture of the two or more chemical products, or a combination thereof, and wherein the environmental property data comprise at least one environmental property data set per chemical product.
- Procedure according to one of the Claims 1 until 3 , where the data-driven model is a pre-trained data-driven model and where the pre-trained data-driven model is trained on unstructured data to provide a variety of different output datasets based on being provided by a variety of different input datasets.
- Procedure according to one of the Claims 1 until 4 , wherein the data-driven model is a fine-tuned data-driven model and wherein the fine-tuned data-driven model is a pre-trained data-driven model that is trained to provide environmental property data based on being provided by contextualized chemical product data, and wherein the pre-trained data-driven model is trained on unstructured data to provide a variety of different output datasets based on being provided by a variety of different input datasets.
- Procedure according to one of the Claims 1 until 5 , furthermore encompassing the selection of the data-driven model from a variety of data-driven models based on the chemical product data and/or providing a specification for selecting the data-driven model from a variety of data-driven models and selecting the data-driven model from a variety of data-driven models based on the specification.
- Procedure according to one of the Claims 1 until 6 , wherein the multitude of templates for chemical product data is provided via a database, and wherein selecting the at least one template for chemical product data based on at least one part of the chemical product data involves providing a query to provide the at least one template for chemical product data based on the chemical product data This includes product data to the database and/or providing at least one template for chemical product data based on the query.
- Procedure according to one of the Claims 1 until 7 , wherein the multitude of chemical product data templates is provided via a database, and wherein selecting at least one chemical product data template based on at least one part of the chemical product data comprises generating embedded chemical product data, wherein the embedded chemical product data is a numerical representation of the chemical product data, and generating one or more embedded chemical product data templates, wherein the one or more embedded chemical product data templates are numerical representations of the one or more chemical product data templates, and selecting the at least one chemical product data template based on a distance value that specifies a distance between the embedded chemical product data and the one or the embedded chemical product data templates.
- Procedure according to one of the Claims 1 until 8 , wherein the template for chemical products and/or the contextualized chemical product data include task instructions for data generation to trigger the data-driven model for generating the environmental property data. The task instructions for data generation may be associated with unstructured data, in particular string data. The task instructions for data generation may refer to the data-driven model and/or be designed to trigger it.
- Procedure according to one of the Claims 1 until 9 , wherein the contextualized chemical product data comprises one or more chemical data elements associated with the chemical product data and one or more template elements associated with the at least one selected template for chemical product data.
- Procedure according to one of the Claims 1 until 10 , wherein the chemical product data templates specify a sequence of one or more chemical data elements and one or more template elements.
- Procedure according to one of the Claims 1 until 11 , wherein the multitude of chemical product data templates comprise several types of chemical product data templates, and wherein selecting at least one chemical product data template based on at least one part of the chemical product data refers to selecting the at least one chemical product data template based on the type of chemical product data template, wherein the type of chemical product data template relates to the manufacture and/or processing of the chemical product and/or one or more properties of the chemical product.
- Procedure according to one of the Claims 1 until 12 , wherein providing the chemical product data includes retrieving the chemical product data by providing a request to retrieve the chemical product data and providing the chemical product data in response to the provision of the request to retrieve the chemical product data.
- Device for monitoring and/or controlling the manufacture of a chemical product, the device comprising: a processor; and a memory that stores instructions which, when executed by the processor, configure the device to perform the steps of one of the processes according to one of the Claims 1 until 13 to carry out.
- Use of environmental property data relating to an environmental property associated with the processing and/or manufacture of one or more chemical products, as carried out by one of the processes according to one of the Claims 1 until 13 to be obtained for controlling and/or monitoring the manufacture and/or processing of one or more chemical products.
Description
TECHNICAL AREA The claimed invention relates to the mitigation of climate change through advanced manufacturing in an industrial chemical production environment and the use of environmental property data relating to an environmental property associated with the processing and/or manufacture of one or more chemical products, a device for monitoring and/or controlling the manufacture of the chemical product, and a method for monitoring and/or controlling the manufacture of at least one chemical product. TECHNICAL BACKGROUND Chemical manufacturing is complex and consumes a variety of resources such as energy and raw materials. Since the scale of chemical production is usually measured in tons, even small relative changes represent a significant improvement. Therefore, it is desirable to increase the sustainability of chemical manufacturing and the industries that use chemical products. SUMMARY All disclosures, embodiments, and examples described herein relate to the methods, systems, devices, chemical products, and computer components set forth above and below. Advantageously, the benefits provided by one embodiment and example apply equally to all other embodiments and examples. In another aspect, the disclosure relates to a computer-implemented method for generating environmental property data relating to the processing and/or manufacturing of the chemical product, wherein the method comprises: providing chemical product data relating to the manufacturing and/or processing of the chemical product, providing a plurality of templates for chemical product data that indicate a structure associated with at least a part of the chemical product data, selecting at least one template for chemical product data based on at least a part of the chemical product data, generating contextualized chemical product data by combining at least a part of the chemical product data and the at least one template for chemical product data, providing the contextualized chemical product data to a data-driven model for generating the environmental property data, wherein the data-driven model is parameterized and/or trained to provide the environmental property data when supplied with the contextualized chemical product data, and providing the environmental property data. In another aspect, it concerns a computer-aided method for generating manufacturing and/or processing data of the chemical product based on environmental property data relating to an environmental property connected with the processing and/or manufacturing of the chemical product, wherein the method comprises: providing environmental property data relating to the manufacturing and/or processing of the chemical product; providing a variety of templates for environmental property data specifying a structure associated with at least some of the environmental property data; selecting at least one template for chemical product data based on at least some of the environmental property data; generating contextualized environmental property data by combining at least some of the environmental property data and the at least one template for chemical product data; and providing the contextualized chemical product data to a data-driven model for generating the manufacturing and/or processing data of the chemical product based on the environmental property data, wherein the data-driven model is parameterized and/or trained to generate the manufacturing and/or processing data of the chemical product based on the environmental property data. and/or processing data of the chemical product in response to the provision of the contextualized environmental property data, and providing the manufacturing and/or processing data of the chemical product. In another aspect, it concerns a device for monitoring and/or controlling the production of the chemical product, the device comprising the following: a processor; and a memory that stores instructions which, when executed by the processor, configure the device to perform the steps of any of the procedures described herein.
