Abstract

The present application relates to an annular kneading massage system, a pneumatic massage system for enhancing massage stability, and a vehicle seat, comprising: an airbag arrangement, wherein the airbag arrangement comprises massage airbags and a support airbag, wherein at least three massage airbags are provided, several of the massage airbags being arranged enclosingly; wherein at least one support airbag is provided, wherein several of the massage airbags being arranged enclosingly on a central axis side of the support airbag; furthermore, a control arrangement, wherein the control arrangement comprises an air source, an air distribution valve, and a control unit, wherein the air source inflates the support airbag and the massage airbags via the air distribution valve; wherein the air distribution valve sets an airflow state; The control unit controls the actions of the air source and the air distribution valve according to a specific time sequence, and is configured by this specific time sequence such that, among the multiple massage airbags, at least one of the massage airbags is in a fully inflated, saturated state, and at least one of the adjacent massage airbags is in a partially inflated, unsaturated state (which does not include a deflated state), and that the positions of the multiple massage airbags, which are inflated and deflated according to the specific time sequence, can slide sequentially. The present application can implement a continuous ring-shaped kneading massage, providing the occupants with a superior massage experience.

Claims (17)

  1. A ring-shaped kneading massage system, characterized in that it comprises: an airbag arrangement (1), wherein the airbag arrangement (1) comprises massage airbags (11) and a support airbag (12); wherein at least three massage airbags (11) are provided, several of the massage airbags (11) are arranged enclosingly, forming a closed structure as a whole; wherein at least one support airbag (12) is provided, several of the massage airbags (11) are arranged enclosingly on a central axis side of the support airbag (12); furthermore, a control arrangement (2), wherein the control arrangement (2) comprises an air source (21), an air distribution valve (22), and a control unit (23), wherein the air source (21) inflates the support airbag (12) and the massage airbags (11) via the air distribution valve (22); wherein the air distribution valve (22) is configured to establish an airflow state; wherein the control unit (23) controls actions of the air source (21) and the air distribution valve (22) according to a specific time sequence to successively inflate or deflate the support airbag (12) and the massage airbags (11), wherein it is configured by the specific time sequence such that in the multiple massage airbags (11) at least one of the massage airbags (11) is in a fully inflated, saturated state and at least one of the adjacent massage airbags (11) is in a not fully inflated, unsaturated state (which does not include a deflated state), and that positions of the multiple massage airbags (11) that are inflated and deflated according to the specific time sequence can slide successively.
  2. Ring-shaped kneading massage system according to Claim 1 , characterized in that, based on the specific time sequence, the inflated and deflated state of the support airbag (12) can be a fully inflated, saturated state, a not fully inflated, unsaturated state, and a deflated state, wherein, when the support airbag (12) is in the fully inflated, saturated state or in the not fully inflated, unsaturated state, the support airbag (12) bulges out and raises an initial height of the massage airbags (11), which supports the massage airbags (11) and can also increase the massage force of the massage airbags (11).
  3. Ring-shaped kneading massage system according to Claim 1 or 2 , characterized in that the support airbag (12) can be a single-capsule airbag (3) which is formed in one piece, or a composite multi-capsule airbag (4) which consists of several partial airbags which are joined together along a circumferential direction.

Ring-shaped kneading massage system based on one of the Claims 1 until 3 , characterized in that the support airbag (12) is configured as an annular airbag with a tire-like shape, wherein several of the massage airbags (11) are arranged surrounding it at a position closer to a central axis of the support airbag (12); wherein, through the action of the profile of the support airbag (12), when the support airbag (12) is inflated and expanded, the several massage airbags (11) converge simultaneously in a direction towards the central axis of the support airbag (12).

Ring-shaped kneading massage system based on one of the Claims 1 until 4 , characterized in that it is configured by the specific time sequence such that the multiple massage airbags (11) can also be subdivided into a first airbag unit (13) and a second airbag unit (14), wherein in the first airbag unit (13) at least one of the massage airbags (11) is in a fully inflated, saturated state, at least one of the adjacent massage airbags (11) is in a not fully inflated, unsaturated state, and at least one of the massage airbags (11) adjacent to the massage airbag (11) in the not fully inflated, unsaturated state is in a deflated state, wherein the inflated and deflated state of the second airbag unit (14) is identical to that of the first airbag unit (13); wherein the massage airbag (11) in the deflated state in the first airbag unit (13) is adjacent to the massage airbag (11) in the fully inflated, saturated state in the second airbag unit (14), wherein the massage airbag (11) in the fully inflated, saturated state in the first airbag unit (13) is adjacent to the massage airbag (11) in the deflated state in the second airbag unit (14), wherein the positions of the multiple massage airbags (11), which are inflated and expanded according to the specified time sequence, can slide one after the other.
  6. Ring-shaped kneading massage system based on one of the Claims 1 until 5 , characterized in that the ring-shaped kneading massage system further comprises a limiting arrangement (8), wherein the limiting arrangement (8) is arranged within the support airbag (12) and corresponds to the massage airbags (11), wherein the limiting arrangement (8) has an elastic deformation function, wherein, when the support airbag (12) is on The limiting arrangement (8) pulls axially on the support airbag (12) so that a local depression section (121) is formed on a surface of the support airbag (12), with the massage airbags (11) lying in the local depression section (121).

Ring-shaped kneading massage system according to Claim 6 , characterized in that the limiting arrangement (8) is tension bands (81) made of flexible material, wherein the tension bands (81) are fixedly installed between an upper film and a lower film of the support airbag (12); wherein a number of the tension bands (81) is equal to a number of the massage airbags (11), wherein the tension bands (81) correspond one-to-one with the massage airbags (11), wherein a pit-shaped depression section (7) is formed on a surface of the support airbag (12) when it is inflated and expanded by pulling the tension bands (81).

Ring-shaped kneading massage system based on one of the Claims 1 until 7 , characterized in that the massage airbag (11) can be a single-layer airbag, a double-layer airbag or a multi-layer airbag; and/or that the support airbag (12) can be a single-layer airbag, a double-layer airbag or a multi-layer airbag; and/or that, if the massage airbag (11) is configured as a double-layer airbag or a multi-layer airbag, an upper pneumatic layer of the massage airbag (11) can be designed as a layer with a smaller volume compared to the other pneumatic layers.
  9. Vehicle seat, characterized in that the vehicle seat comprises a foam layer, a cover layer and a massage system according to one of the Claims 1 until 8 comprising, wherein the airbag arrangement (1) is arranged between the foam layer and the cover layer, wherein the control arrangement (2) can be flexibly arranged in a position away from the head of an occupant depending on a seating space.
  10. A pneumatic massage system for enhancing massage stability, characterized in that it comprises: an airbag arrangement (1), a limiting arrangement (8), and a control arrangement (2); wherein the airbag arrangement (1) comprises a support airbag (12) and several massage airbags (11) arranged surrounding the support airbag (12); wherein the limiting arrangement (8) is arranged within the support airbag (12) and corresponds to the massage airbags (11), wherein the limiting arrangement (8) has an elastic deformation function, wherein, when the support airbag (12) is inflated and expanded, the limiting arrangement (8) pulls axially on the support airbag (12) so that a local depression section (121) is formed on a surface of the support airbag (12), wherein the massage airbags (11) lie in the local depression section (121); wherein the control arrangement (2) comprises an air source (21), an air distribution valve group (32) and a control unit (23), wherein the air source (21) inflates the airbag arrangement (1) via the air distribution valve group (32); wherein the air source (21) is configured to establish an airflow state, and wherein the control unit (23) controls actions of the air source (21) and the air distribution valve group (32) to inflate or deflate the airbag arrangement (1).
  11. Pneumatic massage system according to Claim 10 , characterized in that the limiting arrangement (8) is tension bands (81) made of flexible material, wherein the tension bands (81) are fixedly installed between an upper film and a lower film of the support airbag (12); wherein a number of the tension bands (81) is equal to a number of the massage airbags (11), wherein the tension bands (81) correspond one-to-one with the massage airbags (11), wherein a pit-shaped depression section (7) is formed on a surface of the support airbag (12) when it is inflated and expanded by pulling the tension bands (81).
  12. Pneumatic massage system according to Claim 11 , characterized in that the support airbag (12) is configured as an annular airbag, wherein several of the massage airbags (11) are arranged surrounding it at a position closer to a central axis of the support airbag (12), wherein several of the corresponding tension bands (81) are also arranged at a position closer to a central axis of the support airbag (12).

Pneumatic massage system according to one of the Claims 10 until 12 , characterized in that the support airbag (12) is configured as an annular airbag, wherein the limiting arrangement (8) is annular tension bands (5) made of flexible material, wherein the annular tension bands (5) are fixedly installed between the upper film and the lower film of the support airbag (12) and divide the support airbag (12) into two chambers, wherein an annular depression section (6) is formed on the surface of the support airbag (12) when it is inflated and bulged by pulling the annular tension bands (5).
  14. Pneumatic massage system according to Claim 13 , characterized in that several of the massage airbags (11) are arranged surrounding at a position which is closer to the central axis of the support airbag (12), wherein the corresponding annular tension band (5) is also arranged at the position which is closer to the central axis of the support airbag (12).

Pneumatic massage system according to one of the Claims 10 until 14 , characterized in that the air distribution valve group (32) comprises several air distribution valves (22), wherein the several air distribution valves (22) correspond one-to-one with the several massage airbags (11), wherein the air distribution valves (22) are configured to set an airflow state; wherein the control unit (23) controls actions of the air source (21) and the air distribution valve (22) according to a specific time sequence to successively inflate or deflate the support airbag (12) and the massage airbags (11), wherein it is configured by the specific time sequence such that in the multiple massage airbags (11) at least one of the massage airbags (11) is in a fully inflated, saturated state and at least one of the adjacent massage airbags (11) is in a not fully inflated, unsaturated state (which does not include a deflated state), and that positions of the multiple massage airbags (11) that are inflated and deflated according to the specific time sequence can slide successively.
  16. Pneumatic massage system according to Claim 15 , characterized in that, based on the specific time sequence, the inflated and deflated state of the support airbag (12) can be a fully inflated, saturated state, a not fully inflated, unsaturated state, and a deflated state, wherein, when the support airbag (12) is in the fully inflated, saturated state or in the not fully inflated, unsaturated state, the support airbag (12) bulges out and raises an initial height of the massage airbags (11), which supports the massage airbags (11) and can also increase the massage force of the massage airbags (11).
  17. Vehicle seat, characterized in that the vehicle seat comprises a foam layer, a cover layer and a massage system according to one of the Claims 10 until 16 comprising, wherein the airbag arrangement (1) is arranged between the foam layer and the cover layer, wherein the control arrangement (2) can be flexibly arranged in a position away from the head of an occupant depending on a seating space.

Cross-reference to related registrations The present application claims priority from Chinese patent application no. 2024104435627 and entitled “Ring-shaped kneading massage system and vehicle seat”, which was submitted to the State Administration of Intellectual Property in China on April 13, 2024, and the priority of the Chinese patent application no. 2024209127191 and entitled “Pneumatic massage system for enhancing massage stability and vehicle seat”, which were filed with the State Administration of Intellectual Property in China on April 29, 2024, and are incorporated in their entirety by reference as part of the present application. Technical field The present application relates to the technical field of seat massage, in particular a ring-shaped kneading massage system, a pneumatic massage system for increasing massage stability and a vehicle seat. State of the art Longer journeys or extended driving times not only lead to mental fatigue but also to muscle tension and pain, as the driver maintains the same posture for a prolonged period. This can even lead to impaired concentration and significantly affect driving safety. To address the problem of fatigue from long drives, a massage system is typically integrated into the vehicle seat. This system usually comprises an air source unit, a pneumatic control valve assembly, and several independently arranged pneumatic chambers, with the chambers located on the inner surface of the seat cushion cover. By continuously inflating and deflating the chambers via the air source unit, the system applies pneumatic pressure to the occupant's body. However, current methods for inflating or deflating the pneumatic chambers result in suboptimal massage effects, giving the occupants a less than satisfactory experience. Registration content To solve some or all of the above technical problems, the embodiments of the present application provide a ring-shaped kneading massage system, a pneumatic massage system to enhance massage stability, and a vehicle seat. A first aspect of an embodiment of the present application provides an annular kneading massage system comprising the following: an airbag arrangement, wherein the airbag arrangement comprises massage airbags and a support airbag; wherein at least three massage airbags are provided, several of the massage airbags being arranged enclosingly, forming a closed structure as a whole; wherein at least one support airbag is provided, several of the massage airbags being arranged enclosingly on a central axis side of the support airbag; furthermore, a control arrangement, wherein the control arrangement comprises an air source, an air distribution valve, and a control device, wherein the air source inflates the support airbag and the massage airbags via the air distribution valve; wherein the air distribution valve is configured to establish an airflow state; wherein the control unit controls actions of the air source and the air distribution valve according to a specific timing sequence to successively inflate or deflate the support airbag and the massage airbags, wherein it is configured by the specific timing sequence such that in the multiple massage airbags at least one of the massage airbags is in a fully inflated, saturated state and at least one of the adjacent massage airbags is in a not fully inflated, unsaturated state (which does not include a deflated state), and that positions of the multiple massage airbags that are inflated and deflated according to the specific timing sequence can slide successively. Optionally, based on a specific time sequence, the inflated and deflated state of the support airbag can be a fully inflated, saturated state, a partially inflated, unsaturated state, and a deflated state, whereby when the support airbag is in the fully inflated, saturated state or the partially inflated, unsaturated state, the support airbag bulges and raises an initial height of the massage airbags, which supports the massage airbags and can also increase the massage force of the massage airbags. Optionally, the support airbag can be a single-capsule airbag, which is molded in one piece, or a composite multi-capsule airbag, which consists of several partial airbags that are joined together. Optionally, the support airbag is configured as a ring-shaped airbag with a tire-like form, with several of the massage airbags arranged surrounding it at a position closer to a central axis of the support airbag; wherein, due to the effect of the profile of the support airbag when the support airbag is inflated and expanded, the several massage airbags converge simultaneously in a direction towards the central axis of the support airbag.
