Description
The invention relates to a clamping device, in particular a multi-part and openable device, which is to be attached to a vertical pole or a support foot with several essentially horizontally oriented support arms and clothesline. When camping, for example with a caravan, it's common practice to attach a clothesline holder to the caravan's grab handles for drying laundry. However, motorhomes, in particular, don't have such grab handles, so other solutions must be found. For example, it was suggested that suitable brackets for a clothesline be installed in a keder rail, which is usually present on a caravan, for example to attach an awning. However, this solution is not suitable for motorhomes, for example those based on a van, as there are no corresponding awning rails. The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a device with which it is possible to hang up laundry to dry during camping holidays, even in the aforementioned cases. This problem is solved according to the invention by a device having the features of the main claim. Further features and embodiments of the invention are found in the dependent claims. According to the invention, a clamping device in the form of a central piece with a hinge for opening, which can be mounted on a vertical pole or a support base (e.g., an awning support base or parasol), is provided. This clamping device is equipped with several, in particular multifunctional, foldable support arms. It is thus possible to create a rotary clothesline by guiding a clothesline in a ring or spiral shape around the vertical pole or support base and attaching it to the support arms. The clamping device can be designed, for example, using a fastening screw or a locking mechanism, and a Velcro strap or similar. By opening and closing the hinge of the clamping device, it is possible to attach the clamping device to a desired height of the vertical pole or the support foot (e.g. an awning foot on a motorhome). A preferred embodiment of the invention is a combination with a tabletop which is placed on the support arms. This creates a kind of standing table or table on the vertical pole/stand. Standing tables are becoming increasingly popular in the camping sector. People want to stand together comfortably and have a drink. Some bring a standing table with them, which, due to its legs, is quite bulky and heavy. Furthermore, space is needed to store it. Due to the lack of space and storage, only a few people can actually bring a standing table with its accompanying legs. Thus, the clamping device can not only be used in conjunction with a rotary clothesline, but can also serve as a support for a tabletop. According to the invention, the clamping device can also be used with just the tabletop and functional support arms without a clothesline. A particular advantage of the invention is a combination of a rotary clothesline with a surrounding clothesline and a table, which can be quickly mounted or dismounted on a vertical pole or stand such as an awning or parasol without tools. When disassembled, the divisible tabletop and/or the clamping device with clothesline can be stored neatly and in a space-saving manner when folded. The tabletop is divided in such a way that, when unfolded, the vertical pole/base of the awning or parasol is completely closed without a gap. This is achieved through a special asymmetrical division of the tabletop. The clamping device is preferably multi-part and, in particular, divisible in the middle to allow the rod or adjustable foot to be inserted preferably centrally into the clamping device and the clamping device to be securely mounted. This allows the mounting height of the clamping device to be varied and fixed as desired. The clamping device has several support arms, preferably rotatable/foldable. The clamping device is attached to a vertical rod or support foot via a fastening screw or locking mechanism. The clamping device is, among other things, the basis for a rotary clothesline, in which the surrounding covering/clotheslines are attached and stored in the rotating/folding support arms. The possibility of opening this clamping device also opens the surrounding covering through these support arms. To adjust and secure the tension of the clothesline on the rotary clothesline, it is proposed to design a support arm with two parallel support arms, positioned particularly in the area where the clamping device opens. This allows the ends of the clothesline to be held on these two support arms, and opening the clamping device also opens the clothesline. By using a Velcro strap or similar, which is placed around these two support arms and closed, not only is the clamping device closed, but the clothesline is also tensioned and the rotary clothesline can now be used. The rotating or foldable support arms have the task, on the one hand, of realizing the surrounding clothesline like a rotary clothesline in the clamping device when mounted and folded down,
