Claims (7)

  1. Main protection claim: Portion-sized frozen baked product comprising a sales package with several separate portions, characterized in that each portion can be removed individually in the frozen state and has a defined geometric design that is designed for preparation in a hot air cooking chamber of a predetermined group of appliances, wherein the portions are dimensioned and designed in such a way that they can be prepared within the hot air cooking chamber without thawing, without recutting and without overlapping, and a uniform hot air flow is enabled during preparation.
  2. Subclaims (protective compaction / bypass barrier) Frozen baked product according to Claim 1 characterized in that the portions are mechanically stable and can be removed individually without breakage when frozen.
  3. Frozen baking product Claim 1 or 2 , characterized in that the portions are not separated from each other by predetermined breaking points, perforations or pre-formed dividing lines, but are present as completely independent portions.
  4. Frozen baked product according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the geometric design of the portions comprises a defined base area, thickness and edge distance design which is adapted to the hot air circulation within the respective appliance group.
  5. Frozen baked product according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sales packaging fixes the portion geometry during the freezing process and prevents the portions from freezing together.
  6. Frozen baked product according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sales packaging comprises several portions, wherein the number of portions is in particular two, three, four or more.
  7. Frozen baking product according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sales packaging enables the portions to be assigned to a specific group of hot air appliances.

Description

1. Technical field The invention relates to a portioned frozen baking product for appliance-specific preparation in hot air appliances, in particular in hot air fryers with limited cooking space volume, and to suitable sales packaging for this purpose. 2. State of the art Frozen baked goods, particularly frozen pizzas and similar products designed for preparation in conventional ovens, are known from the prior art. These products typically have dimensions that preclude or severely limit their use in convection ovens with limited cooking space. To use such products in convection ovens, they are often cut into smaller pieces or thawed before cooking. This regularly leads to disadvantages such as breakage of the products while frozen, loss of quality due to thawing, hygiene problems, and uneven cooking due to overlapping or insufficient hot air circulation. Furthermore, convection ovens differ considerably in terms of shape, size and volume of their cooking chambers, so that a universal adaptation of known frozen baking products to different appliance groups is not possible. 3. Technical Problem The invention is based on the technical problem of providing a frozen baked product that: • can be removed in portions when frozen, • can be prepared without thawing and without cutting, • enables preparation without overlap in hot air appliances and • is reproducibly suitable for defined groups of hot air devices. 4. Solution to the problem / Summary of the invention The technical problem is solved by a portioned frozen baking product system that can be prepared in convection ovens of defined appliance groups without thawing, recutting, or overlapping. For this purpose, the frozen baking product has retail packaging containing several separate portions. Each portion is designed so that it can be individually removed while frozen and has a defined geometric shape tailored to fit into the cooking chamber of a specific group of convection ovens. The geometric design of the portions takes into account both the base area and the thickness of the portions, as well as the necessary edge distances to ensure a uniform flow of hot air during preparation. The retail packaging plays a functional role by fixing the portion geometry during the freezing process and preventing the portions from freezing together. This enables reproducible industrial production as well as safe and easy handling by the end user. 5. Advantageous embodiments In a preferred embodiment, the sales packaging comprises four portions, each dimensioned for round and/or rectangular cooking chambers of medium-sized hot air appliances. The portions can be arranged in separate cavities, separation zones or similar structures within the packaging, so that mechanical separation of the portions is ensured even when frozen. Furthermore, the packaging may have a marking that allows the contained portions to be assigned to specific device groups or device sizes. The invention is not limited to a specific recipe or a specific baked product, but encompasses all frozen baked products that are portioned and packaged according to the described system. 6. Commercial Applicability The invention is industrially producible and is particularly applicable in the frozen food industry. It is suitable for both direct sales to end customers and license-based adaptation to various groups of hot air appliances.
