Claims (2)

  1. Integration of a cutting filter (1), simultaneous cutting and filtering, in a docking station for liquid manure/liquid manure dock (connecting piece between liquid manure storage facility and liquid manure transport device). Characterized in that the cutting filter function (1) is integrated into the body of the docking station.
  2. Design of the docking station with cutting filter (1) as a device on wheels, which can also be attached to the front linkage of common tractors.

Description

The standard slurry docking station, also known as a slurry dock (various trade names are used for this), consists of a welded steel tank with a horizontal connection as the slurry inlet (3) and a docking funnel (4) arranged vertically at the top. A foreign object outlet is located at the bottom of the tank in the standard design. Position compensation is achieved by the docking funnel/slurry outlet (4) and the guide rollers (5). Floating or stringy foreign objects are not separated; that is, they are transported by the suction system and cause damage there. The invention described in the claims is based on the problem that foreign bodies with a lower density than manure (e.g., wood, plastics, hoof care equipment,...) and also thread-like foreign bodies (e.g., straw, baler twine,...) lead to problems in the suction system, pump or manure transport vehicle. The invention achieves that during the working process, the slurry is cut by the cutting filter (1), consisting of a blade and counter blade, and filtered through the defined component spacings. The blades are driven rotaryally by a motor (2), either hydraulically or electrically. The manure docking station, also known as a manure dock (various trade names are used for this), is typically designed to connect a manure storage facility to a manure transport vehicle. A hose can be connected to the manure inlet (3) leading to the manure storage facility. The manure transport vehicle is coupled to the docking funnel or manure outlet (4) using a suction arm, suction nozzle, or docking arm. Liquid manure docking stations, or manure docks, are also available in versions with a separation function for high-density foreign matter, such as stones. The separation function of conventional designs is based on the density difference between the liquid manure and the foreign matter. Only foreign matter with high density and large volume remains at the bottom of the tank, while lower-density, floating, or filamentous foreign matter is not separated and enters the suction system or pump. This problem is solved by the features listed in the claims. The invention ensures that only components of a defined and permissible size enter the slurry transport container. For transporting the standard-design slurry docking station or slurry dock, it is attached to the front linkage of a tractor. Standard-design cutting filters (1) are currently only available on the market in two versions: firstly, as standalone units that cannot usually be additionally attached to and transported on the tractor, and secondly, as integrated versions within the slurry transport unit that are not removable and therefore must always be transported along with it. This problem is solved by the features listed in the claims. The invention achieves the integration of the cutting filter into the docking station at the slurry storage site during the work process, allowing it to be attached to the front linkage of a tractor and transported to another slurry storage site.
