Description

Technical field The present invention relates to the field of mounting and supporting mobile devices and relates in particular to a flexible fastening device for portable mobile devices on the body. The device is suitable for various wearing scenarios, in particular for attachment to the upper arm, thigh or lower leg of a user in order to display movement data or provide visual information while being worn. State of the art Existing mounts and fastening devices for mobile devices are predominantly made of hard materials such as plastic or metal and typically include mechanical clamping structures, slots or rigid support plates, which mainly serve to mount mobile devices to bicycle handlebars, steering head parts or other fixed frame components. Such devices generally rely on rigid structures for positioning and support, have a complex structural hierarchy, and are relatively heavy overall. In certain applications, such as recumbent bicycles, wheelchairs, rehabilitation equipment or sporting activities, it is often difficult or unsuitable for the user to find a suitable mounting surface for the aforementioned rigid brackets, or the use of bulky and heavy brackets is impractical during the activity. Therefore, in these scenarios, users often prefer to wear mobile devices directly on their bodies or attach them to body parts in order to conveniently read navigation information, movement data, or instructions. To meet these requirements, several solutions have already been proposed that use flexible structures such as straps or elastic elements to fix mobile devices to the body. However, these devices often still rely on rigid support plates or connecting elements made of plastic or metal to ensure stability. Such rigid components not only lead to a complex structure and higher weight, but also reduce carrying comfort and ease of handling when storing. Furthermore, body-worn devices are characterized by their high portability and intermittent use. When the user finishes the activity or is not wearing the device, it usually needs to be removed and stored in small spaces such as pockets or bags. Devices with rigid components are difficult to store due to their fixed size and lack of foldability or rollability. There is therefore a significant need for a lighter, softer and particularly space-saving fastening device. However, if a rigid support structure is completely dispensed with and only flexible elements are used, significant stability problems arise: Due to the lack of a rigid support plate, elastic elements under tension tend to experience uneven loading, which can easily cause the mobile device to tilt (e.g., lateral displacement or rotation) or slip during movement. Therefore, the current state of the art lacks a body-worn attachment device that is completely flexible, lightweight and compact, while simultaneously holding the mobile device stably without requiring a rigid support plate. Description of the invention (A) Objective of the invention The aim of the present invention is to provide a flexible fastening device for portable mobile devices (4) on the body, by which the mobile device (4) can maintain its intended position and orientation even in the absence of a rigid support plate and with a small number of fastening points. This achieves a stable, oriented fixation that simultaneously reduces deviation and does not impair the viewing area of the display. (B)Technical solution The present invention relates to a flexible attachment device for portable mobile devices (4) on the body, comprising: 1. A flexible band (1) for attachment to the body part (5) of the user; 2. At least one elastic element (2) that enables elastic fixation of the mobile device (4); 3. At least two guide elements (3) arranged on the flexible band (1). In the invention, the guide elements (3) are structural units that are arranged on the flexible band (1) and serve to limit and guide the flow path of the elastic element (2). Its function is that when tensioning the elastic element (2) to fix the mobile device (4) it is guided along a predetermined path over the mobile device (4), thereby creating a defined force path. The structure can guide and separate both a single path of an elastic element (2) and multiple paths simultaneously. The core mechanism consists in the fact that the guide elements (3) physically restrict the stress distribution of the elastic element (2) by means of a predetermined arrangement, so that the resulting force exerted by the elastic element (2) on the mobile device (4) in the tensioned state acts essentially along the diagonal of the mobile device (4) in its intended orientation position. This force vector guidance generates a corrective moment that effectively prevents deviation in the posture of the mobile device (4) during carrying. In a specific embodiment, the connection between the guide elements (3) and the elastic elements (2) can be either rigid (e.g. by sewing, gluing or molded part manufact
