Description
Technical field The present application relates to the technical field of visual inspection, specifically a portable viewing device. State of the art In numerous fields, such as personal care, industrial maintenance, and medical examinations, the inspection of deep, confined spaces is a key challenge. Low light conditions and limited visibility generally compromise the accuracy and safety of operations. Currently, conventional ear cleaners used for personal care lack a visualization function, forcing users to operate blindly and increasing the risk of ear canal injury. This problem is even more pronounced in industrial inspection and equipment maintenance scenarios. Existing inspection solutions often rely on taking photographs with mobile phones or other portable devices, which then have to be viewed after the device is removed. This procedure is cumbersome, and the devices are often too bulky to fit into narrow spaces, potentially scratching the parts being inspected or damaging the device itself. Content of the present application The objective of the present application is to provide a portable vision device to solve the problem of difficult visual inspection and visual operation in the prior art. The present application is implemented as follows: The portable vision device comprises a main body which is equipped with a camera component, wherein the camera component serves for visual recording. In some embodiments, the camera component is located at a front end of the main body. In some embodiments, an ear cleaning part is arranged at a front end of the main body, which is equipped with the camera component; the camera component serves to capture real-time images of an ear canal in order to enable a visual ear cleaning process. In some embodiments, the ear cleaning part comprises an ear cleaning head and a connecting base attached to the front end of the main body; the ear cleaning head is used to remove foreign bodies from the ear canal. In some embodiments, the connecting base and the ear cleaning head are detachably connected to each other via a connecting structure; a front end face of the connecting base forms an arrangement surface on which the camera component is arranged. In some embodiments, the main body is a flexible conductor body, with the camera component attached to one end of the conductor body, and an end of the conductor body remote from the camera component serving for connection to a display device; the camera component serves to capture real-time images and transmit them via the conductor body to the display device. In some embodiments, the end of the conductor body furthest from the camera component is provided with an interface component; the interface component serves for connection to the display device. In some embodiments, the interface component comprises a main socket, wherein a first connector is attached to a front end of the main socket, and a second connector is movably mounted on the main socket, which can pivot relative to the main socket; the second connector can pivot forward in front of the first connector and dock onto it in a modified position. In some embodiments, the end of the conductor body furthest from the camera component is connected to the display device, and the camera component serves to transmit the captured real-time images to the display device via the conductor body. In some embodiments, the camera component includes a light source and a camera. Compared to the state of the art, the provided portable viewing device has the advantage that the camera component's design solves the problem of awkward observation during the ear cleaning process. The structure is simple and the application safe, suitable for everyday personal care scenarios. Furthermore, it also addresses the problem of difficult Inspection of deep or narrow spaces is solved using traditional inspection methods.
