Description

The invention relates to a collapsible grilling device comprising a support frame, a heating element, and an optional grill grate held by the support frame, wherein the support frame is formed from several plate-shaped walls connected to one another by detachable plug connections. Thus, by releasing these plug connections, the grilling device can be converted into a transport and storage state in which the plate-shaped walls and the optional grill grate are stacked on top of each other to form a flat stack. These collapsible grills are used for mobile and portable purposes because they are quick and easy to assemble and disassemble. Their individual parts are simple to assemble, preferably without tools, to create a stable grill. At the same time, the individual parts can also be easily separated for storage and/or transport, for example, in a relatively flat stack. CH 709799 A2 For example, such a portable grilling device is known. Collapsible, portable grilling devices are known from the prior art, as is the case with... CH 709799 A2 While well-known, these designs are often intended for charcoal operation, with disadvantages regarding sparks, fire safety, and transport (charcoal weight/volume). Gas-powered solutions are also known; these typically employ a roof-shaped flame guard above a combustion rod, which defines a combustion chamber open towards the burner tube and widening downwards. It has been shown that this known design still offers room for improvement. The object of the invention is therefore to provide a compact, safely operable, collapsible grilling device that enables a more uniform and wider temperature distribution in the cooking chamber and additionally provides a receiving space for roasting food - with unchanged simple assembly/disassembly without tools. According to the invention, this problem is solved by a collapsible grilling device as defined in independent claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the grilling device are described in the dependent claims. It should be noted that the features listed individually in the claims can be combined with one another in any technically meaningful way and demonstrate further embodiments of the invention. The description further characterizes and specifies the invention, particularly in conjunction with the figures. The grilling device according to the invention is collapsible. For this purpose, it has a support frame and optionally a grill grate held by the support frame, the support frame being formed from several plate-shaped walls connected to each other by detachable plug connections. The plate-shaped walls preferably consist of sheets of stainless steel or another heat-resistant metal material. The thickness of the sheets used is between 1 and 8 mm, with the grill grate in particular being able to be thicker than the walls of the support frame. The grilling device can be converted into a transport and storage state by disconnecting the plug connections. In this state, the plate-shaped walls and the optional grill grate are stacked on top of each other to form a flat stack. The plate-shaped walls can be completely flat without any protrusions or projections, resulting in a particularly flat stack when stacked. However, walls with minor protrusions or projections are also considered plate-shaped walls within the meaning of this invention. For example, it may be provided that in such a stack of individual parts, a projection in one wall engages in a recess in the adjacent wall. Slightly angled panels are also considered plate-shaped walls within the meaning of the invention. For example, such an angle can be on the order of approximately 160° to 179°. Furthermore, sheets angled in opposite directions can also be used. Therefore, within the meaning of the invention, the mobile grilling device is an easily assembled and disassembled cooking, grilling, and/or cooking station, which is particularly suitable for camping or hiking trips. The individual parts of the portable grill can be easily assembled and disassembled. These parts are compact and sturdy, allowing for space-saving storage in a backpack or bag, for example. Assembly and disassembly take only a few minutes, and ideally, no additional tools are required, as the grill uses no screws. However, what is essential for the invention is that the individual parts of the collapsible grill device, when placed on top of each other, result in a flat stack whose height is many times smaller than its dimensions in the other directions. According to the invention, a collapsible grill device with a support frame formed in this way provides at least two The invention features overlying bearing elements in which a heating device powered by a flammable gas is detachably held. The invention thus combines the advantages of a collapsible grill with a fluid-operated heating device such as a gas burner. However, a conventional gas burner is not simply placed under a grill grate, as is the case with known co
