Claims (20)
- Cantilever roller brush assembly for a cleaning device, comprising: a mounting bracket; a cantilever roller brush comprising a fixed end and a free end, wherein the fixed end of the cantilever roller brush is rotatably connected to the mounting bracket and the free end of the cantilever roller brush extends from the fixed end of the cantilever roller brush along the longitudinal direction of the cantilever roller brush; wherein the cantilever roller brush assembly is detachably fixed in the cleaning device by the mounting bracket.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to Claim 1 , wherein the cleaning device comprises a suction chamber, wherein the cantilever roller brush assembly is detachably fixed in the suction chamber by the mounting bracket; the suction chamber comprises a base part and a cap, and the cap has an open state and a closed state relative to the base part; the cantilever roller brush assembly can be removed from the suction chamber when the cap is in the open state; and the cantilever roller brush assembly can be fixedly connected to the suction chamber when the cap is in the closed state.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to Claim 2 , wherein the mounting bracket comprises a mounting base; the suction chamber comprises a first cavity and a third cavity; the first cavity is configured to receive the mounting base, the first cavity being formed by a first section of the base part and a first section of the cap; the mounting base is enclosed and fixed by the first cavity when the cantilever roller brush assembly is mounted in the suction chamber and the cap is in the closed position; the third cavity is configured to receive the cantilever roller brush, the third cavity being formed by a side wall of the base part and a side wall of the cap; the cantilever roller brush being rotatably positioned in the third cavity when the cantilever roller brush assembly is mounted in the suction chamber and the cap is in the closed position.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to Claim 3 , wherein the mounting base comprises a main body and a projection, wherein the attachment end of the cantilever roller brush is rotatably connected to an end face of the main body and the projection is arranged on a circumferential wall of the main body.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to Claim 4 , where the number of projections is two.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to Claim 5 , wherein two projections are arranged at opposite positions in a radial direction of the main body.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to Claim 4 , wherein the mounting bracket includes a support arm, the support arm being connected to the projection and the support arm extending along the longitudinal direction of the cantilever roller brush.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to Claim 3 , wherein the first section of the base part and the first section of the cap are both a concave section; and/or the first cavity has the same shape as the mounting base.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to Claim 3 , wherein the mounting bracket comprises at least one support arm, the at least one support arm being connected to the mounting base; the suction chamber comprising at least one second cavity; the at least one second cavity being configured to accommodate the at least one support arm accordingly, the second cavity being formed by a second section of the base part and a second section of the cap, the at least one support arm being enclosed and fixed by the second cavity when the cantilever roller brush assembly is mounted in the suction chamber and the cap is in the closed position.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to Claim 9 , wherein the second section of the base part and the second section of the cap are both concave sections, or the second section of the base part is a slot and the second section of the cap is as flat as a second side of the support arm; and/or, the second section of the base part is a slot and the slot comprises a bottom surface located at a bottom of the slot and two side surfaces extending from the bottom surface to a top of the slot.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to Claim 9 , wherein the suction chamber further comprises at least one flexible projection, the flexible projection being arranged between the support arm and the suction chamber when the base part is connected to the cap; or, the suction chamber further comprises at least one flexible projection, the flexible projection being arranged between the support arm and the suction chamber when the cap is in the closed position relative to the base part.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to Claim 11 , wherein the flexible projection is provided on any one of the second section of the base part, the second section of the cap or the support arm, such that the flexible projection is positioned between the support arm and the second section of the cap or between the support arm and the second section of the base part; or, two or more flexible projections are arranged on both sides of the support arm.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to Claim 9 , wherein the first cavity and the second cavity are connected to each other to accommodate the mounting base and support arm as a whole; and/or, the second cavity has the same shape as the support arm.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to Claim 9 , wherein the mounting base is secured in the first cavity by a first pair of action-reaction forces, a first action force is generated by the mounting base and applied to the suction chamber, and a first reaction force is generated by the suction chamber and applied to the mounting base; and/or, wherein the at least one support arm is secured in the second cavity by a second pair of action-reaction forces, a second action force is generated by the at least one support arm and applied to the suction chamber, and a second reaction force is generated by the suction chamber and applied to the at least one support arm.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to Claim 2 , wherein the base part is connected to the cap by: a snap-fit connector and a counter-connection of the snap-fit connector, which are mounted and configured on the base part and the cap respectively, to firmly connect the cap to the base part.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to Claim 1 , wherein the cleaning device comprises a suction chamber, the cantilever roller brush assembly is detachably fastened in the suction chamber by the mounting bracket, the suction chamber comprises a base part; the mounting bracket comprises a mounting base and at least one support arm, wherein the support arm is detachably fastened to the base part by at least one fastening element arrangement.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to Claim 16 , wherein the at least one fastening arrangement comprises at least one of a magnetic arrangement, a rotatable fastening arrangement, a slotted fastening arrangement, a spring fastening arrangement, and a screw thread arrangement; the magnetic arrangement comprises a first magnet located on the base part and a second magnet located on the mounting base; the rotatable fastening arrangement comprises a first fastening element and a corresponding mating element, one of the first fastening element and the corresponding mating element being located on the base part and adjacent to a first side of the second section of the base part, and another being located on the base part and adjacent to a second side of the second section of the base part; the first fastening element being rotatably arranged and rotating freely to approach or move away from the corresponding mating element of the first fastening element, the corresponding support arm being locked by the first fastening element when the first fastening element is combined with the corresponding mating element of the first fastening element, and the support arm being removed when the first fastening element disengages from the corresponding mating element of the first fastening element; the slotted fastener arrangement comprises a pair of slots provided on the base part and a second fastener configured to slide into the pair of slots, the support arm being positioned between the pair of slots, wherein, when the second fastener is positioned at a first end of the slot, the second fastener is pressed against the corresponding support arm, and wherein, when the second fastener is positioned at a second end of the slot, the second fastener is away from the corresponding support arm; The spring fastening element assembly comprises a third fastening element positioned on the support arm and a corresponding counterpart positioned on the base part, wherein the third fastening element comprises a rigid section and a spring connected to the rigid section, the rigid section being retracted into the support arm when the spring is compressed; and the rigid section extending out of the support arm and becoming firmly connected to the counterpart on the base part when the spring is released; the threaded assembly comprises a first through-hole penetrating the support arm, a second through-hole on the base part corresponding to the first through-hole, and a nut that brings the first through-hole and the second through-hole together; wherein the support arm is firmly connected to the base part when the nut passes through the first through-hole and the second through-hole, and the support arm is released from the base part when the nut is removed from the first through-hole and the second through-hole.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to one of the Claims 1 until 17 , wherein the mounting bracket comprises a mounting base and at least one support arm, the support arm extending along the longitudinal direction of the cantilever roller brush from an edge of the mounting base; and/or, the mounting bracket comprises a mounting base and at least one support arm, the support arm extending along the longitudinal direction of the cantilever roller brush from an edge of the mounting base to the free end of the cantilever roller brush; and/or, the mounting bracket comprises a mounting base and at least one support arm, wherein the at least one support arm is capable of rotating circumferentially around the cantilever roller brush; and/or, the mounting bracket comprises a mounting base and at least one support arm, wherein the ratio of the length of the support arm to the length of the cantilever roller brush is between 1:1 and 1:10; and/or, the mounting bracket comprises a mounting base and at least one support arm, wherein one end of the support arm is formed integrally with the mounting base; and/or, the mounting bracket comprises a mounting base and at least one support arm, wherein along the longitudinal direction of the cantilever roller brush the corresponding roller brush can contact a surface to be cleaned within the length range of the support arm.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to Claim 18 , wherein a number of support arms is two, two support arms are arranged symmetrically relative to a centerline of the mounting base, and the centerline of the mounting base extends along the longitudinal direction of the boom roller brush; and/or, the lengths of the two support arms are equal; and/or, the two support arms are parallel to each other.
- Cantilever roller brush arrangement according to Claim 18 , wherein the base part includes an outlet, the outlet being connected to a collector of the cleaning device; the cap includes an opening, and the cantilever roller brush contacts a surface to be cleaned through the opening.
Description
REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS The present application claims priority of Chinese patent application no. 202310963236.4 , submitted on August 1, 2023, the Chinese patent application no. 202322054732.6 , filed on August 1, 2023, the Chinese patent application No. 202322065518.0, filed on August 1, 2023, and the Chinese patent application no. 202322072557.3 , submitted on August 1, 2023, the contents of which are hereby fully incorporated by reference. TECHNICAL BACKGROUND The present disclosure relates to a roller brush arrangement for a cleaning device and a cleaning apparatus. In particular, a roller brush arrangement comprising a roller brush with a free end is disclosed herein. Cleaning devices, such as cleaning robots, can help users clean surfaces in a variety of environments. Equipped with a roller brush assembly and a vacuum system, most cleaning devices are able to pick up dirt and dust from a surface and direct it into a collection container within the device. A conventional roller brush is attached inside the cleaning device at both ends. However, such a roller brush is complex in design and inefficient at picking up hair or similar debris. In contrast, some cleaning devices use a cantilever roller brush, where only one end is connected to the cleaning device, thus addressing the issues of structural complexity and efficiency. As a trade-off, such a cantilever roller brush is less stable than a conventional roller brush when the device is in operation, since the cantilever roller brush is only connected to the cleaning device at one mounting point. Therefore, improvements to the cantilever roller brush are being pursued. SUBJECT OF DISCLOSURE Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a suction chamber arrangement for a cleaning device. The suction chamber arrangement comprises a suction chamber, a mounting bracket, and a roller brush. The suction chamber comprises a base part coupled to the cleaning device and a cap coupled to the base part. The base part has an outlet, and the cap has an opening. The mounting bracket is detachably attached to the suction chamber. The roller brush comprises a mounting end coupled to the mounting bracket and a free end extending opposite the mounting end. The mounting bracket is secured between the base part and the cap in the suction chamber by at least one pair of action and reaction forces applied to the mounting bracket and the suction chamber. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a suction chamber arrangement for a cleaning device. The suction chamber arrangement comprises a suction chamber and a mounting bracket. The suction chamber comprises a base part coupled to the cleaning device and a cap coupled to the base part. The base part has an outlet, and the cap has an opening. The mounting bracket comprises a mounting base detachably fixed in the suction chamber and at least one support arm extending from an edge of the mounting base along a first direction. The at least one support arm is detachably fixed between the base part and the cap in the suction chamber by at least one pair of action and reaction forces applied between the base part of the suction chamber and the at least one support arm. Embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a cleaning device comprising a chassis, a suction chamber coupled to the chassis, a mounting bracket, and a roller brush. The suction chamber comprises a base part coupled to the cleaning device and a cap coupled to the base part. The base part has an outlet, and the cap has an opening. The mounting bracket comprises a mounting base detachably fastened in the suction chamber and at least one support arm extending from an edge of the mounting base along a first direction. The roller brush comprises a fastening end coupled to the mounting bracket and a free end extending opposite the fastening end. The mounting bracket is fastened between the base part and the cap in the suction chamber by at least one pair of action and reaction forces applied between the mounting bracket and the base part of the suction chamber.
