DE25177786T1DE 25177786 T1DE25177786 T1DE 25177786T1DE-25177786-T1

Abstract

Lighting module for illuminating and/or signaling a motor vehicle, wherein the module comprises first means (2) designed to realize a first light beam (11) with a light-dark boundary, and second means (6) designed to realize at least two selectively activatable light segments (34), wherein the light segments form a second light beam (13) which is complementary to the light beam with a light-dark boundary when they are activated simultaneously.

Claims (18)

  2. Lighting module after Claim 1 , characterized in that it further comprises a projection device (4) which is arranged on the path of the light beams (11, 13), wherein the projection device comprises a focal area, in particular a focal plane (P).
  3. Lighting module after Claim 1 or 2 , characterized in that the first means (2) consist of a first sub-module (10) designed to produce a low beam type light beam which in particular has an oblique light-dark boundary section.
  4. Lighting module after Claim 3 , characterized in that the first submodule (10) further comprises an aperture (20), which is in particular reflective in order to form a means for limiting the light beam of the rays emitted by the light source (16).
  5. Lighting module after Claim 4 , characterized in that the aperture (20) comprises a rim (30) which is arranged in the focal area (P) of the projection device (4).
  6. Lighting module according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the second means (6) consist of a second sub-module (12) in which at least two second selectively activatable light sources (36) are suitable to emit light rays simultaneously or alternately.
  7. Lighting module after Claim 6 in combination with one of the Claims 2 until 5 , characterized in that the second submodule (12) comprises complementary means designed to interact with the second light sources (36) in such a way that images of these sources are formed at the focal area (P) of the projection device (4), these images being designed to be projected by the projection device to form the luminous segments (34).
  8. Lighting module after Claim 7 in combination with Claim 5 , characterized in that the complementary means are designed such that the images have edges which are arranged so that they are adjacent to the edge (30).
  9. Lighting module according to one of the Claims 7 or 8 , characterized in that the complementary means comprise a plate which carries a luminescent material, and that the second light sources (36) are aligned such that they illuminate the luminescent material carried by the plate.
  10. Lighting module after Claim 9 , characterized in that the plate carrying the luminescent material is arranged in the firing area (P).
  11. Lighting module according to one of the Claims 7 or 8 , characterized in that the complementary means comprise optical fibers (38) which are each assigned to one of the second light sources (36), wherein each optical fiber has an entry surface (40) and an exit surface (42) such that the light emitted by the assigned second light source is guided from the entry surface to the exit surface.
  12. Lighting module after Claim 11 , wherein each light guide (38) is designed to form an image of the associated second light source (36) at the exit surface (42) of this guide, wherein this exit surface is arranged at the focal area (P) of the projection device (4).
  13. Lighting module according to one of the Claims 11 or 12 , characterized in that the light guides (38) are arranged such that their respective downstream sections, which carry the exit surface (42), abut each other, and such that their respective upstream sections, which carry the entry surface (40), are spaced apart transversely from each other.
  14. Lighting module after Claim 13 , characterized in that the entirety of the optical fibers (38) is realized from a single part.
  15. Lighting module after Claim 14 , characterized in that the downstream sections of the two adjacent optical fibers (38) meet upstream of the focal area (P) to form a common overlap area of the images formed by each fiber.
  16. Lighting module, the first means (2), which are designed to realize a first light beam (11) with a light-dark boundary, according to one of the Claims 3 until 5 and second means (6) designed to realize at least two selectively activatable luminous segments, according to one of the Claims 6 until 15 includes.
  17. Lighting module after Claim 16 , characterized in that the first and second light sources (16, 36), corresponding to the first means (2) and the second means (6), are arranged on a common support (14) which extends between the two submodules (10, 12).
  18. Lighting system comprising at least one lighting module according to one of the preceding claims and control means for switching on, switching off or changing the light output emitted by the first means (2) and the second means (6) of the lighting module.
