Description

technical field The present invention relates to the field of food preparation appliances and relates particularly to a whisk attachment used on such an appliance to enable the mixing and emulsification of the ingredients composing the food preparation, said ingredients being poured into a container in which the whisk attachment is placed. The invention aims to design a beater accessory that is easily detachable and cleanable. State of the art A food preparation appliance traditionally consists of a body that holds a container, such as a bowl. A motor is housed within the body and rotates a drive shaft. This drive shaft either protrudes into the bottom of the container placed on the body or connects to a transmission shaft that also protrudes into the bottom of the container. Such a household appliance generally includes several accessories, each designed to perform a function and to fit into the bottom of the container, engaging with the drive shaft or the transmission shaft, the rotation of which allows the accessory to rotate. Among these accessories, one of them is a whisk attachment, designed to allow the mixing and emulsification of ingredients poured into the container for obtaining a culinary preparation, for example cake batter, meringue, etc. The following titles are known, disclosing various implementations of a beater accessory exhibiting certain characteristics comparable to those of the invention: US2072691 ; GB667863 ; FR2282932A1 ; FR2773698B1 ; EP2326226B1 ; WO201180646A2 ; CN202277265U The beater attachment comprises a drive unit with a primary axis of rotation and one or two beaters mounted to rotate freely on the drive unit around one or two secondary axes of rotation offset from the primary axis, by means of rotational mechanisms arranged between the drive unit and the beater(s). Each beater consists of tines, or even blades. The offset of the secondary axis of the beater and the friction of the tines with the ingredients during the rotation of the drive unit around the primary axis of rotation allows the beater to rotate around the secondary axis of rotation, thus creating an epicyclic trajectory of the tines. This trajectory results in reduced splashing and better air incorporation during the mixing of the ingredients. Among the aforementioned titles, it is provided for in the patent application WO201180646A2 to allow the two beaters to be removed from the drive unit, in order to facilitate cleaning of the beater attachment. According to WO201180646A2 The drive unit comprises a body extending along the first axis of rotation, a lower cross member, and an upper cross member, the cross members extending radially on either side of the body. Each whip is mounted via a pivot joint between the lower and upper cross members. The lower cross member is fixed to the body, while the upper cross member can be detached from the body by a translational movement along the first axis of rotation; this detachment of the upper cross member then allows the whips to be extracted. Other mixer accessories are revealed in CN202 277 265 U And WO 2017/089828 A1 . Summary of the invention The present invention aims to implement an alternative beater accessory that facilitates the disassembly and reassembly of the beater(s) in relation to the drive part. For this purpose, the invention relates to a whisk attachment for a food preparation appliance as defined in claim 1 or in claim 3. This beater attachment comprises a drive unit with a first axis of rotation and a beater mounted freely for rotation on the drive unit about a second axis of rotation offset from the first axis of rotation. This free rotation is achieved by means of rotational means arranged between the drive unit and the beater. The drive unit comprises a shaft extending along the second axis of rotation, the beater comprises a hub mounted freely for rotation on the shaft, and the beater attachment has a retaining device configured to prevent the free-rotating hub from moving along the second axis of rotation, at least when the hub rotates in a first direction of rotation. This mounting of the hub on the shaft enables the rotational means between the beater and the drive unit. The holding device is configured to allow the whip to be removed from the shaft, and conversely, to be put in place on the shaft, when the whip is handled in a defined manner with respect to the shaft. Thus, at least in one direction of rotation, the retaining device prevents the hub engaged on the shaft from moving horizontally, leaving only rotation possible. Mounting the whip onto the drive unit is simple: just engage the hub on the shaft. Positioning the retaining device between the hub and the shaft is sufficient to prevent any movement between these two components. Removing the whip from the drive unit, and conversely, mounting the whip onto the drive unit, is only possible by manipulating the whip relative to the shaft in a specific manner. Thus, in a first embodimen
